Hab zuhause den Luftdruck geprüft und vorne waren gerade mal 1.2 Bar drin. Minimum ist 1.5 bei den Reifen und ich bin mit 90kg eher am anderen Ende mit dem Luftdruck. Zudem waren jede Menge braune Fingerabdrücke auf dem weißen Rahmen.
Verkäufer war bemüht, die Kassiererin nett, aber zum Service komme ich sicher nicht wieder.
Bought a bike for several thousand euros. Was "hired" by the mechanic.
I checked the air pressure at home and there was only 1.2 bar in the front. The minimum is 1.5 for the tires and with 90kg I'm more on the other end of the air pressure. There were also loads of brown fingerprints on the white frame.
The seller tried hard, the cashier was nice, but I will definitely not be back for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an American, sometimes it's difficult to find good customer service abroad. However, Patrick at Intersport Bürs gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had anywhere. True, I did drop €1000+ on skis and Boots and various other items, but even still, I am very satisfied with my purchases. He had me try on at least 6 pairs of boots before I chose the most comfortable pair.
Then, after a day of skiing, I came back in and he spent an hour customizing the fit with a bunch of large machines that heated and cooled the boots to the shape of my weird, messed up feet.
Then I came in again at the end of my ski trip and requested he remove the bindings from my skis to fit in my partners ski bag so I wouldn't have to buy one. He did it right away, no problem.
