Sein Fachwissen war sehr gut aber ich musste sehr vieles erfragen, sprich Tipps und Tricks und die unterschiede zu den jeweiligen Produkten. Ansonsten ein super Store und tolle Leute! The seller was very nice and patient, it was difficult for me to decide. His specialist knowledge was very good, but I had to ask a lot of questions, i.e. tips and tricks and the differences to the respective products. Otherwise a great store and great people!

Warum: Kaufpreis überschreitet mein Kartenlimit (mein Fehler!!!), kein Problem, Onlineüberweisung live und direkt Vorort, alles gut. Nun geht‘s zum Einladen: Hecköffnung (Passat Variant) ist um 3cm in der Höhe zu klein (mein Fehler!!!), kein Problem, schnell die Überverpackung weggenommen und als Einzelteile verstaut, Überverpackung verbleibt im BBQ-Store, alles gut. So viel Flexibilität bei so komplizierten Kunden, Hut ab! Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!! Danke! Absolute recommendation for Jörg and his team! 5-star rating! Absolutely competent, flexible, very helpful. Why: The purchase price exceeds my card limit (my mistake !!!), no problem, online transfer live and directly on site, everything is good. Now it's time to load: the rear opening (Passat Variant) is 3cm too small in height (my mistake !!!), no problem, the outer packaging quickly removed and stowed away as individual parts, the outer packaging remains in the BBQ store, everything is good. So much flexibility with such complicated customers, hats off! Unreservedly to be recommended !! Thanks!

W	Wolfhart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Während eines kurzen Urlaubs im Burgenland habe ich, weil ich mich für einen neuen Grill interessierte, den BBQ Store Eisenstadt besucht, nachdem ich mich vorab im Internet auf dessen Website umgesehen hatte. Ich bin aufgrund guter Erfahrungen seit vielen Jahren ein ausgemachter Fan der kanadischen Napoleon-Grills, und diese Marke nimmt auch einen markanten Platz im Angebot des BBQ Stores ein. Als wir den Laden betraten, wurden wir sofort von dem Geschäftsführer, Herrn Jörg Lebrecht, angesprochen, der uns in der Folge ausgesprochen sachkundig und freundlich beriet. Betonen möchte ich, daß er zunächst gezielt den Bedarf ermittelte und dann, ohne seinen Profit in den Vordergrund zu stellen, ein Modell empfahl, das deutlich günstiger als ein ebenfalls in Frage kommendes war, unseren Bedürfnissen seiner Einschätzung nach aber eher entsprach. So etwas erlebt man als Kunde heute nicht mehr oft - umso bemerkenswerter ist es. Bleibt noch zu erwähnen, daß auch zusätzliche Leistungen, wie die Lieferung an den Einsatzort und die dortige Inbetriebnahme zum Service des BBQ Store gehören und preiswert angeboten werden. Hier werde ich ganz sicher auch künftigen Bedarf decken. During a short vacation in Burgenland, I visited the BBQ Store Eisenstadt because I was interested in a new grill, after having looked around the Internet on their website beforehand. I've been a die-hard fan of the Canadian Napoleon grills for many years based on good experience, and this brand also has a prominent place in the BBQ store's range. When we entered the store, we were immediately addressed by the manager, Mr. Jörg Lebrecht, who then gave us extremely knowledgeable and friendly advice. I would like to emphasize that he first specifically determined the need and then, without putting his profit in the foreground, recommended a model that was significantly cheaper than another one that was also possible, but which he felt better suited our needs. As a customer, you don't often experience something like this anymore - it's all the more remarkable. It remains to be mentioned that additional services, such as delivery to the place of use and commissioning there, are also part of the BBQ Store service and are offered at reasonable prices. I will certainly meet future needs here as well.

Weiter so! Great shop for all barbecue fans. Competent, flexible, great selection. Also an incredible selection of spices and accessories. Barbecue courses are also held very well. Keep it up!
