★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Shop stylisch und modern gestaltet, der eine Mitarbeiter mit dem ich zu tun hatte konnte mich nicht überzeugen und mir auch nicht weiter helfen, schickte mich mit einem neuen online
gekauften Handy zum "Handy-Doktor" wo man mir auch nicht helfen konnte. Als Kunde bin ich auch nicht an Diskussionen interessiert über einen Sachverhalt der keiner Klärung bedarf.
Das sture Beharren auf einem Standpunkt ist noch nie besonders klug gewesen wenn man
einem ohnehin schon verärgerten Kunden gegenüber steht und fest und steif etwas behauptet und dies mit 7 Jahren Erfahrung begründet. Handy hab ich nach 3 Wochen immer noch nicht, Hauptsache 24 Monate Vertrag verlängert...scheinbar leidet auch hier der Servicebereich unter massiver Personal ausdünnung und das persönliche Gespräch ist nicht mehr erwünscht, nur mehr das nüchterne und unpersönliche Online-Business..traurig...

The stubborn insistence on one point of view has never been particularly smart when you are
faces an already angry customer and asserts something firmly and stiffly and justifies this with 7 years of experience. After 3 weeks I still didn't have a cell phone, the main thing was to extend the contract for 24 months ... apparently the service area is also suffering from massive staff thinning and the personal conversation is no longer desired, only the sober and impersonal online business ... sad. ..
