★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NACHTRAG : hier wurden uns falsche Informationen gegeben !!!! Lizenzen laufen in ca. einem Jahr erst aus und werden auch von A1 rechtzeitig getauscht. Und ein Mitarbeiter hat unseren bestehenden Vertrag gekündigt gehabt und was vollkommen anderes bestellt. So kam auch im Hintergrund das Chaos!!!!! Fehler wurde behoben und Techniker von A1 (sehr freundlich) . Fehler war im Festnetzanschluss . Neue Dose und alles funktioniert ???
 ADDENDUM: here we were given wrong information !!!! Licenses will only expire in about a year and will also be exchanged by A1 in good time. And an employee terminated our existing contract and ordered something completely different. So the chaos came in the background too !!!!! Bug was fixed and technician from A1 (very friendly). Error was in the landline connection. New can and everything works ???

Negativ: Verschleierung bzw Fehlen des Hinweises auf entstehende Kosten. (Probezeitraum)
Unverschämte Kosten für das Zurücksetzen auf Werkseinstellungen eines Handy. (€30 für das Drücken von 3 Tasten)
Schlechte Beratung. Absolut überdimensionierter Produkte gerade für unerfahrene oder ältere Kunden.
First the positive: Friendly employees. That was it already.
Negative: obfuscation or lack of reference to costs incurred. (Sample period)
Outrageous costs for resetting to factory settings of a mobile phone. (€ 30 for pressing 3 buttons)
Bad advice. Absolutely oversized products especially for inexperienced or older customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit Wartezeit ist fast immer zu rechnen. Jeder muß eine Nummer ziehen. Leider war kein Ladekabel im Verkauf vorhanden.
You can almost always expect a waiting time. Everyone has to draw a number. Unfortunately there was no charging cable in the sale.
