J	Joana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Preis deutlich günstiger als meine andere Option zum Abschleppen gewesen wäre. Ich bin mit dem Motorrad aufm Land liegen geblieben. Der Abschleppdienst meldete sich kurz vor seiner Ankunft am Pannenort telefonisch bei mir, nachdem sich mein Automobilclub um einen Abschleppdienst gekümmert hat. Er war sehr freundlich und hat mich und mein Motorrad nicht nur zur Werkstatt in die nächste Stadt gebracht, sondern auch noch ins Hotel, da es ein Sonntag war. Einen besseren Abschleppdienst kann man sich bei einer Panne nicht wünschen. Super friendly, uncomplicated and helpful. Price significantly cheaper than my other option for towing would have been. I left my bike on the land. The towing service reported to me shortly before his arrival at the breakdown site by telephone, after my automobile club had taken care of a towing service. He was very friendly and took me and my bike not only to the workshop in the next city, but also to the hotel, since it was a Sunday. A better towing service you can not wish for a breakdown.
S	Sandra Strohmaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es hat alles gut geklappt. Wurde zweimal abgeschleppt, da ich meinen einzigen Autoschlüssel verlor. Waren nett und es lief alles unkompliziert ab. Nur zu Zeiten von Corona, wäre es angebracht wenn man mit Kunden zu tun hat, dass auch die Fahrer Mundschutz tragen. Beide Fahrer hatten keinen Schutz auf, zumahl einer davon ein schwangere Frau hat. Anscheinend erkennen sie den Ernst der Lage noch nicht. Ich habe darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass ich im Krankenhaus auf einer Covid Station arbeite. Es ist leider überhaupt nicht lustig. Bleiben sie gesund. Everything went well. Got towed twice as I lost my only car key. We were nice and everything was straightforward. Only in times of Corona would it be appropriate when dealing with customers that the drivers also wear face masks. Neither driver had any protection on, since one of them has a pregnant wife. Apparently they do not yet realize the seriousness of the situation. I have drawn attention to the fact that I work on a Covid ward in the hospital. Unfortunately, it's not funny at all. Stay healthy.

Sehr gute und rasche Arbeit ? Broke down yesterday near Linz. After 10 minutes, the manager of the Loos company was with me at the hard shoulder and professionally brought my vehicle home. Very good and quick work ?

Sie kamen an, aber nach einer Weile konnten sie die Tür nicht mehr aufschließen und kratzten auch an meiner Tür. Dann schleppten sie mein Fahrzeug zu einer örtlichen Reparaturwerkstatt und beschädigten mein Fahrzeug beim Abschleppen. Nachdem der Chef viele Male versucht hatte, die Firma zu kontaktieren und sie zu bitten, den Schaden zu bezahlen, besuchte er schließlich mein Fahrzeug, erklärte sich bereit, einige Reparaturen zu bezahlen, antwortete jedoch nie auf meinen Kontakt. Ich empfehle diese Firma nicht. This tow company came to unlock my car door on behalf of my insurance company. They arrived, but after a while they couldn't unlock the door and they scratched my door too. Then they dragged my vehicle to a local repair shop and damaged my vehicle while being towed. After trying many times to contact the company asking them to pay for the damage, the boss finally visited my vehicle, agreed to pay for some repairs, but never answered my contact. I do not recommend this company.
B	Belie 13 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten eine Panne auf der Autobahn bei 30+ Grad. Ein super lieber Mitarbeiter dieses Abschleppdienstes hat angehalten obwohl er nicht informiert war und hat mir eine eiskalte Flasche Wasser geschenkt. Ich war kurz vor einem Hitzeschock, da wir schon gute 2 Stunden auf einen anderen Pannendienst gewartet haben. Ich konnte mich mit dem Wasser abkühlen und er hat unser Auto einfach so ohne Gegenleistung von der Autobahn geschleppt, sodass ich mich im Schatten weiter abkühlen konnte. Trinkgeld hab’s natürlich trotzdem obwohl er nichts verlangt hat. Ich war so dankbar ❤️ We had a breakdown on the highway at 30+ degrees. A really nice employee of this towing service stopped although he was not informed and gave me an ice-cold bottle of water. I was on the verge of a heat shock as we had been waiting for another breakdown service for a good 2 hours. I was able to cool off with the water and he just dragged our car off the highway for nothing in return so that I could continue to cool down in the shade. Of course I still have tips even though he didn't ask for anything. I was so grateful ❤️
