Das Auto steht viel in der Garage, daher der km-Stand von nur 9.000 km. 2021 musste das Auto nach sehr langer Stehzeit fremdgestartet werden, dabei ist die Elektronik des Schiebedach-Steuergerätes kaputtgegangen. Ich habe meinen Fiat zum Autohaus Danninger gebracht, um das Schiebedach reparieren zu lassen, außerdem war das Service und das Pickerl fällig, ein Zweitschlüssel musste nachbestellt werden, und die Strebe der Motorhaube und somit auch die Motorhaube war verbogen. Der Kostenvoranschlag belief sich auf 3.000 € alleine für das Dach, denn laut Auskunft der Werkstätte, müsse das gesamte Dach ausgetauscht werden, die Elektronik allein könne man nicht reparieren. Mit den anderen Leistungen würde sich die Reparatur auf rund 5.500 € belaufen. Entsetzt darüber, dass ich ein Autodach nach 9000 km neu kaufen muss, wandte ich mich an die Fiat Zentrale mit der Bitte um eine Kulanzlösung. Diese wurde mir verwehrt, da ich einen Ölservicetermin ausfallen ließ, was ich damit begründen konnte, dass ich während der Coronazeit nicht ins Ausland reisen konnten, um den Fiat fürs Service nach Österreich zu holen. Was ein Ölservice mit dem Autodach zu tun hat, fragt sich natürlich der Laie. Ich wollte dann von dem Auto nichts mehr wissen und mir einen neuen E Fiat 500 Cabrio um rund 30.000 € kaufen, was ich aber nicht gemacht habe, weil der Verkäufer für meinen Fiat nur mehr 3.000 € gegenrechnen wollte. Verzweifelt wandte ich mich an "Lappi Automobile" in Enns, dem Autohändler meines Vertrauens. Der empfahl mir seinen Kollegen und Freund Günther, Eigentümer von "Auto-Center Wolfgang Günther GmbH" in Schwertberg. Ich will nicht mehr lange reden, weil kurzer Sinn. Günther nahm sich meines Autos an. Tauschte das Steuergerät, nicht das ganze Dach, um rund 750 € anstatt 3.000 €, erledigte die restlichen Arbeiten und verrechnete mir sage und schreibe 1.813,80 €. (zum Beweis lege ich die Rechnung bei). Die Frage, ob die Mitarbeiter von Autohaus Danninger nicht wollten oder nicht konnten, drängt sich hier auf. Beides ergibt für mich 0 Sterne. Jedoch Günther und das "Auto-Center Wolfang Günther" in Schwertberg bekommen von mir 5 Sterne! I bought my Fiat 500 convertible in 2016 at "Autohaus Danninger" in Leonding and registered it in 2017. The car is in the garage a lot, hence the odometer reading of only 9,000 km. In 2021, the car had to be jump-started after a very long period of standing still, and the electronics of the sunroof control unit broke. I brought my Fiat to the Danninger car dealership to have the sunroof repaired, the service and the sticker were also due, a spare key had to be ordered, and the bonnet strut and thus the bonnet were bent. The cost estimate was €3,000 for the roof alone, because according to the workshop, the entire roof had to be replaced and the electronics alone could not be repaired. With the other services, the repair would amount to around €5,500. Horrified that I would have to buy a new car roof after 9000 km, I contacted the Fiat headquarters and asked for a goodwill solution. I was denied this because I missed an oil service appointment, which I could justify by not being able to travel abroad during the Corona period to bring the Fiat to Austria for service. The layman naturally wonders what an oil service has to do with the car roof. I didn't want to have anything more to do with the car and I wanted to buy a new E Fiat 500 Cabrio for around €30,000, which I didn't do because the seller only wanted to charge €3,000 for my Fiat. In desperation, I turned to "Lappi Automobile" in Enns, my trusted car dealer. He recommended his colleague and friend Günther, owner of "Auto-Center Wolfgang Günther GmbH" in Schwertberg, to me. I don't want to talk much longer, because short sense. Günther took care of my car. Replaced the control unit, not the entire roof, for around €750 instead of €3,000, did the rest of the work and charged me a whopping €1,813.80. (I am enclosing the invoice as proof). The question arises as to whether the employees at Autohaus Danninger didn't want to or couldn't. Both are 0 stars for me. However, Günther and the "Auto-Center Wolfang Günther" in Schwertberg get 5 stars from me!

Die Spaltmaße sind sehr genau und es lässt sich auch beim ganz genauem Blick in der Sonne nicht erkennen wo die reparierten stellen sind. Bin begeistert! ?? Very customer friendly and perfectly executed work. My car looks fresh from the factory after the damage caused by the wild animals! The gap dimensions are very precise and even if you look very closely in the sun, you cannot see where the repaired areas are. Am thrilled! ??
