★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kam ganz spontan zu diesem Stützpunkt, weil ich eine Frage zu einem neuen Auto hatte. Obwohl ich keinen Termin hatte, wurde ich nicht abgewiesen. Der freundliche Techniker war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Diesen Stützpunkt kann ich nur empfehlen!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider werden die Mitarbeiter immer unfreundlicher. Beim Eintritt gibt es kein "Guten Morgen" / "Hallo" / "Guten Tag" / etc. mehr, es heißt einfach nur "Zulassungsschein" ohne "Bitte" und ohne Augenkontakt.
Beim Zahlen darf man ruhig 7 Minuten im Verkaufsraum verweilen, bevor sie durch den halben Raum den Betrag ruft. Also ich bin schwer enttäuscht. Ein solches Verhalten habe ich bislang nur in diesem ÖAMTC erlebt. An den anderen Stützpunkten waren alle Mitarbeiter immer sehr freundlich und überbemüht. Sehr schade...

When paying, you can stay in the sales room for 7 minutes before she calls out the amount across half the room. So I am very disappointed. So far, I have only seen such behavior in this ÖAMTC. At the other bases, all employees were always very friendly and overworked. What a shame ...
