M	Marianna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to wait almost an hour before we could check in. Our room wasn’t clean when we arrived. The coffee and tea of the guests before us was still on our table. No cups for the Nespresso. The extra bed which we asked for was not in our room. The receptionist knocked on our door already at 8:30 to ask for the extra bed. Very friendly but we wanted to sleep a bit longer as we had a long journey the day before. They didn’t clean our room between two days. They didn’t even made up our bed. They only put some water and apple juice in the fridge. The coffee and tea of the guest before us stayed until we left. Everyone in the hotel was very friendly.

P	PeterDeVos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome room, great service, very friendly personnel. Just the restaurant is quite expensive and has too few vegan options. The breakfast is quite a large buffet at the price of 21 euro. It serves several types of bread, yoghurts, cut up fruits, a few hot dishes, salmon and several spreads. The vegan options are unfortunately very limitted. This could easily be improved by making some minor changes of ingredients that wouldn't change the outcome of the product except that it would be vegan. It would also be an improvement if they could mark the vegan options or offer some list of ingredients / allergies at the breakfast table so guests don't need to guess or ask what is in it. Buf if you're not vegan, then the breakfast is awesome. (although still a bit expensive)

It’s like a ship heading on destruction course, sooner or later these hotel chains will perish as it’s no longer sustainable. There’s not much positivity to bring forth, no mini bar one bottle of water at a cost of 3,50,- which needs to be paid for, the intern parking facility is charged at 20,- a night. It somehow symbolises a fruitless and exploitative enterprise. To say the least it represents the countries mental state of mind. The only positive aspect would be the 24hr reception service. The receptionist was respectfully present and had all the mannerisms at hand, which I suppose is necessary to run such a superficially instigated business orientated chain. L	Ludek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one day stay for business meeting. I had very good experience with the service, cleaness and staff. The kitchen is very good providing even local dishes. The room was nicely quiet at night even its window were oriented to the street. I fully reccommend it.

The bed was very soft and comfortable. Bathroom: very nice decorated and lots of space. Breakfast: was Okey. Staff: friendly and professional
E	EkaterinaD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were traveling as a family of 4 with 2 young children, so booked a Junior Suite with a sofa bed for kids. Unfortunately the arrival was really late in the middle of the night. Hoping it will be an easy transfer from the car straight into the room, so that the kids can continue to sleep, we were looking forward to the arrival. Still knowing that things might happen I messaged the hotel 10 hours before arrival to confirm that the sofa bed will be set for kids - received confirmation that everything will be taken care of… imagine our frustration and level of dissatisfaction when arriving at the room at 2am we see a dirty mattress right in front of our room door and NO bed set up for kids! Located in the industrial area and more suited for business travelers or conferences. Buffet breakfast was good. Unfortunately the staff is unprofessional: they are polite but don’t exactly know how their systems work. Disappointing experience.

The location is ideal, the facilities are good, the room was spacious and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Our room and overall experience in the hotel during our stay were to a very high standard. Customer service was attentive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place.
