J	Jürgen Prohaska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wurden an einem Freitag kurz vor Mittag mit unserem Campingbus ( Ducato) mit steckenden Bremsen, an der Hinterachse vom ÖAMTC Ort hin geschickt. Der Meister hatte beim Anruf vom ÖAMTC Prüfer gesagt, er schafft das noch. Und um 15:30 war unser Auto wieder flott und das Wochenende gerettet. Das alles zu einem fairen Preis und wir bekamen ein Auto um in die nächste Stadt zu fahren und die Zeit tot zu schlagen. Alles in Allem hab ich mich dort gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Uneingeschränkt kann ich diese Werkstatt weiter empfehlen. Danke für euer Service ? On a Friday just before noon we were sent from the ÖAMTC location with our camper (Ducato) with the brakes stuck on the rear axle. When the ÖAMTC examiner called, the foreman said he could still do it. And at 3:30 p.m. our car was back on its feet and the weekend saved. All for a fair price and we got a car to drive to the next town and kill time. All in all, I felt that I was in good hands there. I can recommend this workshop without reservation. T	Tom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uns wurde ein für den Verkehr zwar zugelassener Fiat 500L zur Probefahrt nach Sierning überlassen , bei diesem Auto war jedoch die Bremsanlage defekt (re.Hinterrad steckte fest). Lt.ÖAMTC ist das Auto nicht fahrbereit.Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Verkäufer meinte dieser ,er ist nur ein Verkäufer und kein Mechaniker ?! We got a Fiat 500L that was approved for traffic left for a test drive to Sierning, but this was the case with this car Brake system defective (right rear wheel stuck). According to ÖAMTC, the car is not ready to drive. After contacting the seller, he said, he is only a seller and not a mechanic ?!
G	Grzegorz Sek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr schwach ausgefallen. Beim ersten Mal das Fahrzeug (Alfa romeo brera) nur optisch gesehen. Danach am Telefon gesprochen wo mir gesagt wurde, das Auto sei in guten gebrauchten Zustand. Somit gleich mit Geld und Anhänger hingefahren ( 250 kilometer nur die hinfahrt). Pickerl wurde, laut Chef oder Verkaufsleiter neu gemacht. Beim Ankaufstest (ÖAMTC) stellte sich heraus das die Abgaswerte nicht passen (geraucht wie eine Lokomotive). Motor undicht (Ölverlust). Somit Pickerl vor Ort negativ. Abgesehen davon die komplette rechte Seite nachlackiert. Die Abdeckung für den Zahnriemen nicht einmal angeschraubt, laut Rechnung wurde der in der gleichen Werkstatt gemacht. 6 Fehler am Steuergerät. Ein paar andere Mängel gab es auch aber ist ja kein Neuwagen, somit für mich Ok. Vielen Dank für den schönen Ausflug, für ein Auto, welches normalerweise kein gültiges Pickerl haben sollte. Unfortunately it turned out very weak. The first time the vehicle (Alfa romeo brera) was only seen visually. Then talked on the phone where I was told that the car was in good used condition. During the purchase test (ÖAMTC) it turned out that the exhaust gas values did not match (smoked like a locomotive). Engine leaking (loss of oil). So badge on site negative. Apart from that the entire right side repainted. The cover for the toothed belt is not even screwed on, according to the invoice it was made in the same workshop. 6 Error in the control unit. There were also a few other defects, but it's not a new car, so OK for me. Thank you for the nice trip, for a car that normally shouldn't have a valid sticker.

R	Richard Schakmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider auch nicht zufrieden. Nach 5 Jahren hat sich bei unserem Fiat 500C am Spoiler (Kunststoff) der Lack gelöst. Mir ist bewusst, das eine Garantie nach 5 Jahren erloschen ist, aber trotzdem ist dieser Zustand nicht zufriedenstellend. Auf rotem Untergrunde löst sich an mehreren Stellen der Lack. Die Unterstützung durch das Autohaus dem Hersteller gegenüber war praktisch Null. Eine Kulanzlösung wurde erst gar nicht in Betracht gezogen, weil: Im Serviceheft keine Eintragung bezüglich Lackkontrolle aufschien. Ich habe schon einige Fahrzeuge mein eigen nennen dürfen aber noch nie wurde eine Lacküberprüfung in einem Serviceheft eingetragen. Noch dazu auf dem Kunststoff- Spoiler am Dach. Die Unterstützung seitens AMBROS erledigte sich mit dem Vorschlag, einen neuen Spoiler um etwa € 550,- einbauen zu lassen. Danke. Und noch viel Glück in Zeiten wie diesen!! Unfortunately not satisfied either. After 5 years, the paint on the spoiler (plastic) of our Fiat 500C has come off. I am aware that a guarantee expires after 5 years, but this condition is still not satisfactory. The paint is coming off in several places on a red background. The support from the dealership to the manufacturer was practically zero. A goodwill solution was not even considered because: There was no entry regarding paint inspection in the service book. I have already been able to call a few vehicles my own, but a paint check has never been entered in a service booklet. On top of that on the plastic spoiler on the roof. The support from AMBROS ended with the suggestion to have a new spoiler installed for around € 550.00. Thanks. And good luck in times like these !!

He was like if i want to buy the car i have to pay extra for repairing it. I mean what the Hell. Instead of reducing the price they wanted extra money for it. I was ready to buy the Car for the selling price, if the repair the Major Problems. They were like either buy the car with the Major failures or pay extra. This is a no go in the Business

It is not normal the replace engine components and then charge me for another engine. Highly don't recommend it.
