★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe bei AutoPAAR einen KIA Sorento gekauft BJ 04. Fahre ihn nun seit 5 Jahren ohne Probleme. Sehr zuverlässiges Auto. Bis heute noch keine Reparaturen gehabt außer einen Glühkerzentausch.
Der Händler ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei kauf habe ich noch ein neues Pickerl Gutachten ausgehandelt und ein wenig den Preis verhandelt.
Meiner Meinung noch einer der wenigen Händler mit Handschlagqualität.
Have bought a KIA Sorento at AutoPAAR BJ 04. Now drive it for 5 years without any problems. Very reliable car. No repairs yet except a glow plug exchange.
The dealer is very nice and accommodating. At the time of purchase, I negotiated a new appraisal report and negotiated the price a bit.
In my opinion, one of the few dealers with handshake quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir wurden eiskalt über den Tisch gezogen.
Uns wurde ein Fahrzeug verkauft wo über massive Durchrostungen einfach drüber gespachtelt und neu lackiert wurde.
Es waren nicht eingetragene Reifen verbaut die zudem noch beim einlenken geschliffen haben.
Der Motor hat massiv Öl verbrannt.
Leider ist uns das als Leihen erst nach dem Kauf aufgefallen.
Wir hatten nicht gedacht von einem Unternehmen was schon so lange am Markt ist so verascht zu werden.
We were ripped off as cold as ice.
We were sold a vehicle where massive rust perforations were simply puttied over it and repainted.
Unregistered tires were installed which also grinded when turning.
The engine burned massive amounts of oil.
Unfortunately, we only noticed it as a loan after buying it.
We hadn't thought of a company that had been on the market for so long that it would be incinerated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenige Wochen nach dem Kauf ist ein Defekt aufgetreten. Keinerlei entgegen kommen des Verkäufers in irgendeiner Form. Zuletzt einfach nicht mehr ans Telefon gegangen oder auf ein Mail geantwortet.
A few weeks after the purchase a defect has occurred. The seller does not come in any way in any way. Last simply not answered the phone or replied to a mail.

Man fühlt sich in guten Händen und bei Problemen sehr zuvorkomment und nicht aufdringlich man kann sich die Autos gemütlich ansehen ohne bequatscht zu werden. So stelle ich mir ein Autohaus vor. =)
My experience with this dealership is perfectly fine. Very nice managing director. You feel in good hands and very accommodating with problems and not pushy. You can look at the cars comfortably without being cuddled. That's how I imagine a car dealership. =)
