Da man selbst keine Ahnung hat was ist das was der Pannenhelfer so sagt fährt man zur Werkstatt und fragt nach. Ich bin begeistert dass man nachgeschaut hat mir mitgeteilt hat dass ich wohl aus Versehen den Fehler ausgelöst habe und die Motorkontrolllampe geleuchtet hat und eigentlich gar nichts mit meinem Auto ist. Wenn man gewollt hätte, hätte man mir viel Geld aus der Tasche ziehen können aber man war ehrlich und hat geholfen. Ich bin sehr begeistert und sehr dankbar! Sollte man zur Not mal ein leihauto brauchen wird eines ganz unbürokratisch angeboten, super!! Ganz besonderes Lob geht an Werkstättenleiter Hr. Zwickl und sein Team...auch wenn es manchmal ein bisschen stressig wirkt wird immer versucht einen freien Platz in der Werkstatt zu bekommen um das Problem aus der Welt zu schaffen ! Preis leistungs Verhältnis absolut angemessen. Was mich besonders freut ist das man als Kunde gut behandelt wird auch wenn das Auto schon ein bisschen älter ist ? das hab ich bei anderen Markenwerkstätten schon ganz anders erlebt.... Have been a Mazda Wachtler customer for almost five years now, and all employees are very friendly. Should you need a rental car in an emergency, one is offered in a very unbureaucratic way, great! Special praise goes to workshop manager Mr. Zwickl and his team ... even if it sometimes seems a bit stressful, they always try to get a free space in the workshop to solve the problem! Price-performance ratio absolutely appropriate. What I'm particularly happy about is that you are treated well as a customer, even if the car is a bit older ? I've experienced that in a completely different way at other brand workshops ....
