★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin schon mehrere Jahre Kunde und möchte vor allem Herrn Loder von der Serviceabteilung lobend erwähnen. Sehr kompetent und immer freundlich. Die Preise sind leider, wie in allen VW-Betrieben, überteuert was aber in diesem Hause durch rasche und nette Betreuung teilweise aufgehoben wird.
 I have been a customer for several years and would particularly like to commend Mr. Loder from the service department. Very competent and always friendly. The prices are unfortunately, as in all VW companies, overpriced, but this is partially offset by quick and nice support in this house.

Not only competent service with fair prices, there are - in line with the intentions of the "Fairtrade City" Gleisdorf - fair trade coffee!

Lediglich das ein oder andere Bauteil sollte man für den Service vorab selbst besorgen, um den OEM Preisen zu entkommen ?
Polite & straightforward.
You should only get one or the other component yourself in advance for the service in order to escape the OEM prices ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beziehe mich auf den Skoda Verkauf, erstens 10 Minuten warten bis ein Verkäufer kommt und dann kein Verkaufsgespräch sondern nur eine von einem Zettel abgelesene Antwort, so verkauft man auch in diesen Zeiten kein Auto, kaufe woanders....
Referring to the Skoda sales, firstly wait 10 minutes until a seller comes and then no sales talk but only an answer read from a slip of paper, so you don't sell a car even in these times, buy somewhere else ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da ich mit meiner vorherigen Skoda Vertretung nicht zufrieden gewesen bin, bin ich beim Autohaus Gleisdorf gelandet. Ich habe es nicht bereut. Ehrlich, freundlich und kompetent. Wenn schon die (teilweise) überzogenen Preise der Markenvertretung bezahlen, dann definitiv hier.
Since I wasn't satisfied with my previous Skoda agency, I ended up at the Autohaus Gleisdorf. I do not regret it. Honest, friendly and competent. If you pay the (partially) excessive prices of the brand representation, then definitely here.
