Ob das Problem bei unserem Hyundai IX20 nun weg ist, wird sich erst zeigen. An Freundlichkeit und Wissen ist man hier in bessten Händen. Zum besseren Verständnis, wenn nicht mal die Diagnose von ÖAMTC und dann auch noch vom Fachhändler einen Fehler registrieren können, heisst es abwarten. Jedoch das Service von Jagersberger Gleisdorf (HYUNDAI) kann ich aus unserer Sicht gerne und jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Danke dafür. Nein Danke nie mehr. 6monate später die angeblich kaputten Teile funktionieren noch immer, wie kommt man drauf etwas zu tauschen was nicht kaputt ist, nicht mal 1stern seit ihr Wert. 170€ verlangen für Fehler löschen, zum kotzen. Should replace parts that are not broken in the mall. No thanks never again. 6 months later the supposedly broken parts are still working, how come you swap something that is not broken, not even since its value. Request 170 € for deleting mistakes, sucks.

Da wir ein klein Kind hatten und uns eine längere Autofahrt ersparen wollten klärten wir im vorhinein am Telefon ab ob der Preis für einen der Angebotenen Neuwagen noch zur Verhandlung ist oder ob wir uns die fahrt sparen können. Am Telefon hies es das 500€ immer gehn. Tja eine gute Stunde mit dem Auto später erfuhren wir das das der Fixpreis ist und kein einziger cent verhandelbar ist. Guter Preis(lt Verkäufer) hin oder her wir haben nicht ohne Grund vorher angerufen. The advice made a very competent impression, but our overall experience was rather negative. Since we had a small child and wanted to save ourselves a long drive, we clarified in advance on the phone whether the price for one of the new cars on offer is still up for negotiation or whether we can save the drive. On the phone it was said that 500 € always go. Well a good hour later by car we found out that the price is fixed and not a single cent is negotiable. Good price (according to seller) or not, we called ahead for a reason.

Werkstattleiter nimmt sich sehr viel Zeit, um auch bei schwierigeren Problemen eine Lösung zu finden und erklärt genau, was warum getauscht werden muss. Vor Reparatur telefonische Rücksprache und Kostenvoranschlag, habe bisher immer sehr schnell einen Termin und wenn notwendig ein Leihauto bekommen, bin sehr zufrieden. Very hard-working, personable team, individual advice and fair prices. The workshop manager takes a lot of time to find a solution even for more difficult problems and explains exactly what needs to be replaced and why. Telephone consultation and cost estimate before repairs, I've always made an appointment very quickly and, if necessary, got a rental car, I'm very satisfied.
