T	Thomas Wagner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SL 350 Im Zuge einer Einkaufsfahrt Kontakt mit der Fa Kramer bezüglich kleiner Roststellen im Heckbereich aufgenommen. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme mit Hr Kramer war ich sehr begeistert. Sehr höflich, zuvorkommend und überaus kompetent. Die betreffende Stelle wurde umgehend besichtigt und ein Kostenvoranschlag errechnet. Ich konnte das Fahrzeug sogar im selben Monat zur Reparatur im Betrieb zurück lassen. Wahnsinn! Die richtige Überraschung kam dann erst 2 Tage später. Per Telefonat wurde ich über die Fertigstellung, und der Möglichkeit den SL abzuholen, informiert. Die Reparatur wurde Schritt für Schritt fotografisch dokumentiert. Die Arbeit exzellent ausgeführt. Als Draufgabe war der SL noch perfekt gereinigt (innen und außen)! Die kurze Wartezeit bis zur Bezahlung wurde noch mit einem Kaffee verkürzt. Also was sagt man da? Sprachlos!!! Vielen Dank bitte so weiter machen. I was very enthusiastic when I first contacted Mr. Kramer. Very polite, courteous and extremely competent. The site in question was inspected immediately and a cost estimate was calculated. I was even able to leave the vehicle at the company for repairs in the same month. Craziness! The real surprise came 2 days later. I was informed by telephone about the completion and the possibility of picking up the SL. The repair was photographically documented step by step. The job done excellently. As a bonus, the SL was still perfectly cleaned (inside and outside)! The short waiting time until payment was shortened with a coffee. So what are you saying? Speechless!!! Thank you please continue. Hab letztens wegen eines Defektes unerwartet mit 2 kleinen Kindern den Vormittag dort verbracht - der 2-jährige wollte fast nicht mehr weg, weil er so verwöhnt wurde ? Und das Auto war natürlich so rasch und unkompliziert wie möglich wieder einsatzbereit. Always great and fast service and an incredibly nice team! I recently unexpectedly spent the morning there with 2 small children due to a defect - the 2-year-old almost didn't want to leave because he was so spoiled ? And the car was of course ready for use again as quickly and easily as possible.

Nach Service alles perfekt gereinigt ja sogar alle Steinschläge wurden als Gratisleistung ausgebessert. Leihwagen war kostenlos ! Mit unter die beste Werkstatt die ich kenne .Vielen Dank Clean, professional and you can't beat the friendliness. After service everything was perfectly cleaned and even all stone chips were repaired as a free service. Rental car was free! One of the best workshops I know. Thank you very much
