Habe noch nie einen derart unprofessionellen Händler erlebt!
Habe mir mir bei dem Händler einen BMW M5 gekauft.
Ein Auto mit einer Bereifung die an der Vorder und Hinterachse im Radhaus streiften und nicht typiesiert waren!
Mit einem 57a Gutachten, bei welchem nichts zusammenpasste.
Als Zubehör wurde mir eine "Eisenmann" Auspuffanlage verkauft, die wie sich später herausstellte nichts mit Eisenmann zu tun hatte, sondern eine zusammengeschweißte Billig- Auspufftopf Anlage war.
Erreichen kann mann in dieser Firma dann nur schwer jemanden der für etwas zuständig ist!
An einen Rückruf wartest du sowieso vergebens!
Ein 2. mal zum umbauen anreisen und alles richten lassen war dann nach 1 Woche Streit die Lösung und dies auch nur weil ich meinen Anwalt hinzugezogen habe.
Obendrein eine komplette Hinterhof Werkstatt.
Nie mehr wieder KFZ Hödl!

I have never met such an unprofessional dealer!
I bought a BMW M5 from the dealer.
A car with tires that grazed the front and rear axles in the wheelhouse and were not standardized!
With a 57a report in which nothing matched.
I was sold an "Eisenmann" exhaust system as an accessory, which, as it later turned out, had nothing to do with Eisenmann, but was a cheap muffler system welded together.
In this company it is difficult to reach someone who is responsible for something!
You wait in vain for a callback anyway!
Arriving a second time to rebuild and having everything fixed was the solution after a week of arguments and only because I consulted my lawyer.
On top of that a complete backyard workshop.
Never again KFZ Hödl!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 2. April 2022 habe ich ein Gebrauchtfahrzeug, Peugeot 308 GTi, bei Kfz Hödl in Ludersdorf gekauft. Betreuung, Service und Abwicklung waren hervorragend, die Kommunikation flüssig, alle Informationen zum Fahrzeug waren absolut korrekt. Für die Besorgung eines grünen Überstellungskennzeichens wurde keine zusätzliche Gebühr berechnet über die reinen Kosten des Kennzeichens hinaus.
Kfz Hödl hat mir ein hochwertiges unfallfreies Fahrzeug aus 1. Hand, mit kompletter Dokumentation, zu einem fairen Preis verkauft. Bis auf geringe Schadstellen ist der Lack top (Fahrzeug wohl nie ausgefahren), Innenraum top, technisch top. Bin soweit sehr zufrieden damit ?

On April 2nd, 2022 I bought a used vehicle, Peugeot 308 GTi, from Kfz Hödl in Ludersdorf. Support, service and processing were excellent, communication was smooth, all information about the vehicle was absolutely correct. No additional fee was charged for obtaining a green transfer license plate, beyond the pure cost of the license plate.
Kfz Hödl sold me a high-quality accident-free vehicle from the first owner, with complete documentation, at a fair price. Except for minor damage, the paintwork is top (vehicle probably never driven out), top interior, technically top. I'm very happy with it so far ?
