Ein Mechaniker war der einzige der grüßen konnte. Wanted to buy parts but was successfully ignored for 15 minutes and left. For sure the last time I drove there. A mechanic was the only one who could greet.

Voll zu empfehlen! So sollte jede Werkstatt arbeiten! Very nice workshop, good employees, see small problems on the vehicle and eliminate them without being made aware!. Nice boss! Riss am Auto herum. Rechtliche Schritte werden geprüft. Can only advise you not to have a breakdown at this gas station. Unbeatable for rudeness! Senior boss got violent after a car broke down. Ripped the car. Legal steps are being examined.

Komme heute (Freitag, 19.03.2021) um 13:50 meine bestellten Ersatzteile abholen und stehe vor dem geschlossenem Tor. Telefonisch niemand erreichbar, bis mir der Tankwart nebenan eine Handynummer gibt. Senior Chefin sagt nur , dass keiner mehr da ist (weder irgendein Mechaniker noch der Verkäufer) und dass sie von nichts weiß. In der Zwischenzeit sind andere Kunden extra aus Oberpullendorf (fast 70km!!) gekommen, wollten sich einen Volvo anschauen. Offizielle Öffnungszeiten am Freitag bis 16:45 bzw. 17 Uhr, um 14:00 Uhr war aber schon zu. Gehts noch? Am besten gleich zum Grünzweig Automobile (Vösendorf) oder Denzel (Eisenstadt) weiterfahren, falls man einen Volvo bzw Ersatzteile kaufen möchte. Meine schlechteste Erfahrung mit einer Volvo Werkstatt bzw. Volvo Dealer! Ordered spare parts and received information by email: "We have the goods in stock and ready for collection at any time." Come today (Friday, March 19th, 2021) at 1:50 p.m. to pick up my ordered spare parts and stand in front of the closed gate. Nobody can be reached by phone until the gas station attendant next door gives me a cell phone number. Senior boss just says that nobody is there anymore (neither any mechanic nor the salesman) and that she doesn't know anything. In the meantime, other customers came from Oberpullendorf (almost 70km !!) and wanted to see a Volvo. Official opening times on Friday until 4:45 p.m. or 5 p.m., but it was already closed at 2:00 p.m. Are you crazy? The best thing to do is to go straight to Grünzweig Automobile (Vösendorf) or Denzel (Eisenstadt) if you want to buy a Volvo or spare parts. My worst experience with a Volvo workshop or Volvo dealer!

NIE WIEDER Bitte löscht meine Bewertung nicht - ist nur wieder ein Zeichen das ich recht habe!! Worst gas station! Gas station attendant is extremely unfriendly, doesn't understand German, and fills up whatever he wants! NEVER AGAIN Please don't delete my review - it's just another sign that I'm right!!
4	4K Ultra HD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Service! Nett und kompetent. Es ist halt die Basic WashTec nicht die beste Wahl aber sonst hat alles gepasst. Genug Platz um eine Pause zu machen, Auto waschen, staubsaugen und tanken. Super Service! Nice and competent. The Basic WashTec isn't the best choice, but everything else was fine. Enough space to take a break, wash the car, vacuum and fill up.
