Mussten trotz Termin, für eine Programmierung eines neuen Schlüssels, 3 mal hinfahren. ( max. 1 Stunde Arbeitszeit) The boss herself is very rude, has an inappropriate tone on it. Had to go 3 times despite the appointment to program a new key. (max. 1 hour working time)

Werkstattleiter war unverschämt bei seinem Anruf, die Empfangsdame (Chefin) war zwar nett und kam entgegen, dennoch mein letzter Besuch und mein letztes Auto von dieser Firma. Shortly after the warranty has expired, damage to the car should not be. The workshop manager was rude when he called, the receptionist (boss) was nice and came towards me, but my last visit and my last car from this company.

Kann jeden nur warnen, vor dieser Firma. Ford Galaxy year 2017 180 hp. Powershift transmission. Never again a used Gaberszik car. Scrap vehicles are advertised as top vehicles. Can only warn everyone against this company.
P	Patrick Fischer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Autohaus wirkt sehr gepflegt, Personal ist sehr freundlich, wir haben gleich etwas zu Trinken angeboten bekommen. Etwas kompliziert ist wo die ganzen Fahrzeuge stehen, wo dann der Schlüssel ist usw. Sowas müsste man wissen als Verkäufer, noch dazu wir uns für ein bestimmtes Fahrzeug auch angemeldet und einen Termin vereinbart haben. Die Werkstatt ist ein Horror mit der Einfahrt, einladend sieht anders aus. Warum kann man für Kunden nicht ein paar Parkplätze frei halten beim Eingang in das Werkstattbüro. Alles ist zugeparkt und Kundenautos stehen in drei Reihen hintereinander. Update: Beim Kauf waren alle noch Freundlich, aber was bei einem Werkstattbesuch mit Leihwagen abgezogen wird ist nicht mehr normal. Termin ausgemacht, dann wusste man nichts mehr von einem Leihwagen, Unfreundlich, dann am vereinbarten Tag ist dann das passende Leihauto nicht da, wieder Termin ausmachen. Dann ist unser Auto fertig und man solle sofort zur Werkstatt kommen um das Auto abzuholen, denn sie benötigen den Leihwagen - Soll man springen als selbstständiger? Was soll das? Dieses Autohaus wird und nie wieder sehen. The car dealership looks very well maintained, the staff is very friendly, we were offered something to drink right away. Update: At the time of purchase, everyone was still friendly, but what is deducted from a workshop visit with a rental car is no longer normal. Appointment made, then you knew nothing more about a rental car, unfriendly, then on the agreed day the right rental car is not there, make an appointment again. Then our car is ready and you should come to the workshop immediately to pick up the car, because you need the rental car - should you jump as a self-employed person? What shoud that? We will never see this dealership again.
R	Rene Adler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin extra aus Wien angereist um meinen Galaxy von dort zu holen. Wirklich ein schönes Autohaus und ein sehr kompetenter Verkäufer (Hr. Högler). Ich habe viel mit Autohäusern zu tun, aber hier war endlich wieder einmal volle Kompetenz und Professionalität zu erkennen. Top Übergabe, top Erklärung, tolles Produktwissen und viel Zeit genommen. Auto auch in Top-Zustand. (gut, war auch neu) Wenn ich nicht so weit weg wohnen würde, wären auch alle Servicetermine dort fix gebucht. Weiter so..... I came all the way from Vienna to get my Galaxy from there. Really a nice car dealership and a very competent seller (Mr. Högler). I deal a lot with car dealerships, but once again full competence and professionalism could be recognized here. Top handover, top explanation, great product knowledge and took a lot of time. Car also in top condition. (good, was also new) If I didn't live so far away, all service appointments there would also be booked. Keep it up.....

Hat alles geklappt und sehr schnell bin sehr zufrieden weiter so!!! Mr. Christian Bauer! A huge compliment for the great advice. Before that we looked at about 20 cars.
