★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a tourist dont buy your tax free product from Saturn! Before I bought my product I asked 2 times if they are able to give tax free form or not and they said yes. After I bought my phone(2min later) they said they are not able to give that form because of "corona". I already bought another stuff from other store and I took my from in that store. So its not because of "corona". The worst thing I bought this product last friday. And I talked with manager on phone and he said come back on monday. Today I went again, I waste my 2hours and than again they said they are not able to give form because of corona(!) They didnt even call someone else for asking the system. So go another store and be sure they are able to give your tax free form. Dont waste your time and money there!

However, the company policy on warranty-handling is a bit weird. I returned a defect product that I bought during a sale (more or less the only reason why I bought the product in the first place).
Turns out, if you do that, you have to pay the difference between the sale price and the current price. It's not a big deal, but had I known that beforehand, I would have sent the product back directly to the producer and probably got a replacement without additional costs.
I mean, what's the point of a sale, when you have to pay full price anyway if the product happens to have a defect. Just bad luck I guess?
Other than that, the return and service were flawless. So the employees are great, just company policy isn't.
