Wenn ein potenzieller Kunde im Geschäft ist geht das ja noch aber wenn man 10 Kunden hat bleibt für keinen mehr Zeit. Und genau das war bei mir so, die Dame ist Kreuze und Quer gelaufen (Kassa- neue Kunden- ich). Das hat sich bei mir extrem negative ausgewirkt und hat mich dann dazu bewegt das ich dort nichts gekauft habe. Die Qualität der Trachten sind gut, deswegen ist der Preis meist höher. The advice was excellent, but the lady was all alone on this one day. If there is a potential customer in the business that is still possible, but if you have 10 customers there is no more time. And that's exactly what happened to me, the lady walked all over the place (cashier - new customers - me). That had an extremely negative effect on me and then moved me to not buy anything there. The quality of the costumes is good, so the price is usually higher.

Wir suchten eine schwarze Dirndlbluse - leider auch keine schöne Auswahl für die Preise. Das Geschäft ist auch ein wenig unübersichtlich. Aufgrund des schlechten Kundenservice nur 2 Sterne.... Schade! Wir kommen nicht wieder! The shop assistant in Shopping Nord did not even greet us - although this was already the case in Citypark Graz! No trace of help. We were looking for a black dirndl blouse - unfortunately not a nice selection for the prices either. The business is also a bit confusing. Due to the poor customer service only 2 stars .... Too bad! We won't be back!
