Wir kennen das autohaus eberl zwar nicht persönlich aber bei der Beratung vom andi und seiner Hilfsbereitschaft war für uns klar das wir unseren neuen nur beim andi bestellen können. Wenn wir nicht in Kärnten wohnen würden wäre das unser autohaus des vertrauens. We are not satisfied with our 11 month old kuga St line. After a long back and forth we want to switch to a kuga vignale. We do not know the autohaus eberl personally, but when we received advice from andi and his willingness to help, it was clear to us that we could only order our new one from andi. If we didn't live in Carinthia, that would be our trusted car dealership.
H	Helmut Pfister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf der Hinfahrt von Deutschland am 30.09.17 in unseren Kurzurlaub nach Jerzens lief der Mondeo MK4 2,0 TDCI unseres Sohnes trotz Scheckheftpflege mehrfach heiß und ging auf Notlauf. Wir fuhren am Montag, den 02.10.17 dann gleich morgens zum Autohaus Eberl, das wir im Internet entdeckt hatten und schilderten das Problem. Man war dort sehr hilfsbereit und wir konnten den Wagen gleich dort lassen. Man hat uns wenig später telefonisch mitgeteilt, dass der Lüftermotor defekt sei aber im Laufe des Tages ausgetauscht werden könnte. Auch der ca. Preis wurde genannt, der dem späteren und äußerst moderaten Endpreis sehr nahe kam. Wir wurden also wie selbstverständlich "dazwischen geschoben" und der Wagen perfekt repariert, sodass er beruhigt und wie geplant weiter nach Italien reisen konnte. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Wege noch einmal ganz herzlich für den hervorragenden und unkomplizierten Service und die damit verbundene Rettung unseres Familienurlaubs bedanken. Mehr Service geht nicht und wenn`s nicht so weit entfernt wäre (400 Km), hätten Sie zwei neue Stammkunden. On Monday, October 2nd, 2017 we drove to the car dealership Eberl, which we discovered on the Internet, and described the problem. They were very helpful there and we could leave the car right there. A little later we were informed by phone that the fan motor was defective but could be replaced during the day. The approximate price was also mentioned, which came very close to the later and extremely moderate final price. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for the excellent and uncomplicated service and the associated rescue of our family vacation. Leider können wir die Arbeit nicht beurteilen, weil man uns in einer sehr arroganten Art und Weise, unser Wohnmobil würde nicht in die Werkstatt passen, weitergeschickt hat. Auf die Frage ob man in der anderen Werkstatt anrufen könne, gab man uns genervt einen Zettel mit der Telefonnummer und den Hinweis dass wir das ja wohl selber tun können. We were in transit with our motorhome. Unfortunately we cannot judge the work because we were sent on in a very arrogant way that our motorhome would not fit in the workshop. When asked if we could call the other workshop, we were annoyed with a slip of paper with the phone number and the note that we could do it ourselves.
