I stop by spontaneously when something rattles or doesn't work and still get appointments right away. Service great and prices great. Very happy for years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man wird hier sehr gerne über den Tisch gezogen. Nach einem Service in dem brav 4 neue Zündkerzen verrechnet wurden, habe ich bei Nachkontrolle keine neuen Zündkerzen gefunden sondern alte verrußte gefunden. Ebenso spannend ist es, dass bei jedem zweiten Service bzw. bei jedem Pickerl die Domlager zu wechseln sind. Ein weiteres Tauschobjekt sind Zündkabel und Verteilerfinger. Die stehen auch sehr häufig auf der Rechnung. Getauscht wird es eher selten.
Positiv ist, dass man einen Leihwagen bekommt. Negativ ist dabei, dass der meist sehr sehr schlecht gewartet ist und zu allem Überfluss auch noch eine sehr miese Bremsleistung aufweist.
Der Inhaber kommt mir sehr arrogant und herablassen vor. Zudem scheint er ziemlich genervt von Kundenfragen bzw. Reperaturaufträgen zu sein. Mechaniker des Vertrauens reparieren anders.
One is very happy to be ripped off. After a service in the good 4 new spark plugs were charged, I found no new spark plugs at re-inspection but found old sooty. It is just as exciting that every second service or pick-me-up has to change the cathedral camps. Another exchange object is ignition cable and distributor fingers. They are also very often on the bill. It is rarely exchanged.
Positive is that you get a rental car. The negative is that the most is very poorly maintained and, to make matters worse, also has a very poor braking performance.
The owner seems to me very arrogant and condescending. In addition, he seems to be pretty annoyed by customer questions or repair orders. Mechanics of trust repair differently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autohaus Kröpfl kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Ich war heute wieder beim Service mit meinem Toyota Auris HSD, und war wie immer sehr zufrieden. Man fühlt sich als Kunde sehr gut aufgehoben (ich denke mit Fremdmarken genauso) und der neue Auftritt (Büro) ist Top. Man ist im Autohaus Kröpfl nicht "irgendein Kunde" das ist ein Familien Betrieb und so wird man freundlich und gut aufgenommen.
Ich lasse nicht nur Garantie Arbeiten erledigen sondern auch andere Arbeiten (außerhalb der Garantie) und es wird auf meine "Wünsche" wie heute (ein loses Klammerl in einer Verkleidung das scheppert) problemlos eingegangen.
Des weiteren kann ich den Kaffee (obwohl aus dem Automaten) auch empfehlen :) bin Lavazza verwöhnt und mir schmeckt er trotzdem.
Ich habe auch die negative Bewertung gelesen und die ist für mich absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Fällt vielleicht unter die Rubrik (wie man in den Wald hineinruft so schallt es zurück).
Also meinen Auris sieht im Normalfall keine andere Werkstätte :)
We can only recommend Autohaus Kröpfl. I was back in service with my Toyota Auris HSD today, and as always, I was very happy. As a customer, you feel very well cared for (I think the same with foreign brands) and the new appearance (office) is great. You are not "just any customer" in the car dealership Kröpfl, it is a family business and you are welcomed in a friendly and good way.
I not only have warranty work done, but also other work (outside the warranty) and my "wishes" like today (a loose clip in a cladding that rattles) are met without any problems.
Furthermore, I can also recommend the coffee (although from the machine) :) Lavazza is spoiled and I still like it.
I also read the negative review and it is absolutely not understandable for me. Perhaps falls under the heading (how to call into the forest so it sounds back).
So my Auris normally sees no other workshop :)
