M	Michael on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten einen kleinen Unfall mit unserem VW T4 Camper auf der Fernpassstraße. Vom Abschleppdienst wurden wir hier her gebracht...an einem Sonntag! Man hat uns verständnisvoll und professionell weitergeholfen. Es musste der Kühler getauscht werden. Das Teil wurde Montag bestellt, Dienstag geliefert und gleich eingebaut. Den Bus konnte ich um 15 Uhr abholen. Die Rechnung war zum Schluss noch günstiger als angekündigt. Was soll ich dazu sagen? 1.000 Dank an die ganze Mannschaft die größtes Verständnis für die Situation zeigten und es so schnell richten konnten. Wenn wir wieder eine Panne haben, dann hoffentlich in der Nähe von Imst. We had a little accident with our VW T4 camper on the Fernpass road. We were brought here by the towing service ... on a Sunday! We received understanding and professional help. The cooler had to be replaced. The part was ordered on Monday, delivered on Tuesday and installed straight away. I was able to pick up the bus at 3 p.m. In the end, the bill was even cheaper than advertised. What can I say? 1,000 thanks to the whole team who showed the greatest understanding for the situation and were able to fix it so quickly. If we have another breakdown, it will hopefully be near Imst.

Das Personal machte einen überforderten und unfreundlichen Eindruck und verwies uns auf eine andere Servicewerkstatt… Schade, in der anderen Audi Werkstatt hat die Reparatur nur knapp 20 Minuten gedauert, man wollte bei Eisenrigler aber gar nicht mal hören was denn unser Problem ist. Pauschale Absage, geht nicht … Breakdown in transit, unfortunately we were not helped. The staff made an overwhelmed and unfriendly impression and referred us to another service workshop ... It's a shame, the repair only took 20 minutes in the other Audi workshop, but Eisenrigler didn't even want to hear what our problem was. Flat-rate cancellation, does not work ...
