Der Kundendienst berater hatte sich sofort bemüht den fehler abzuklären. DIAGNOSE . Abstandssensor muß neu justiert werden . Sie versuchen mich noch einzuschieben um mein fahrzeug neu zu vermessen obwohl ich erst um 15.30 gekommen bin . DANKE AN DIESES TEAM SEHR LOBENSWERT Very commendable vw team. I'm traveling through from Carinthia to St. Anton u on the autobahn gave me a control lamp about 50km ago. The customer service advisor tried immediately to clarify the problem. DIAGNOSIS. Distance sensor must be readjusted. They try to push me in to re-measure my vehicle even though I didn't arrive until 3.30 p.m. THANKS TO THIS TEAM VERY COMMITTED

S	Sven Glowalla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten eine mehr oder weniger kleine Panne auf der Durchreise mit unserem fast neuen Audi TT (Dach ging nicht mehr elektrisch zu) und uns wurde sehr spontan und äußerst kompetent geholfen. Zumal wir unter Zeitdruck waren ….. man lies sich dort aber nicht beirren und hat sehr schnell und sehr kompetent zielgerichtet unser Problem behoben. Das auch noch in unter 30 Minuten …. Und als man kein Geld dafür verlangte waren wir total überrascht. Spende für den Monteur und die Kaffeekasse gab es trotzdem. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, das Personal war alles in allem überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Werkstatt war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt, alle Mitarbeiter trugen einheitliche und saubere Arbeitskleidung. Das gilt auch für den Verkaufsbereiche soweit wir das einsehen konnten. Ich würde dem Autohaus Falch die doppelte Menge Sterne geben wenn es denn ginge …. Vielen Dank nochmal an alle fleißigen Hände dort. Weiter so, das ist Service gelebt. In nem anderen Audi Autohaus im gleichen Ort kurz vorher war man weniger freundlich zu uns und hat uns mürrisch abgewiesen…. We had a more or less minor breakdown on the way through with our almost new Audi TT (roof no longer closed electrically) and we received very spontaneous and extremely competent help. Especially since we were under time pressure ..... but they didn’t let themselves be put off and resolved our problem very quickly and very competently in a targeted manner. That in less than 30 minutes…. And when they didn't ask for any money, we were totally surprised. There was still a donation for the fitter and the coffee maker. We were greeted very friendly, the staff was all in all extremely friendly and helpful. The workshop was very clean and tidy, all employees wore uniform and clean work clothes. This also applies to the sales areas as far as we could see. I would give the Falch car dealership twice the number of stars if it could .... Thanks again to all the hardworking hands there. Keep it up, service is lived. In another Audi dealership in the same place shortly before, they were less friendly to us and grumpily turned us away….
