Put on by car on vacation and treated a little later. Very friendly, fair price, short waiting time, coffee tastes good. Gladly again if necessary :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe dem Autohaus eine Zusage für den Kauf eines Autos über das Telefon gegeben. Dies wurde mir vom Autohaus bestätigt und ein Termin wurde fixiert. Da ich eine längere Anreise habe (knapp 2.5h) musste ich natürlich frei nehmen. Auf dem Weg dorthin (nach 1.5h Fahrt) bekam ich einen Anruf mit der Mitteilung, dass das besagte Auto jetzt doch an einen anderen Kunden verkauft wird.
Leider absolut unseriöses und unprofessionelles Verhalten dieses Autohauses.... Keine Handschlagqualität.
Have given the dealership a commitment to buy a car over the phone. This was confirmed to me by the dealership and an appointment was fixed. Since I have a longer journey (just under 2.5 hours), of course, I had to take free. On the way there (after 1.5h drive) I got a call with the message that the said car is now being sold to another customer.
Unfortunately, absolutely unserious and unprofessional behavior of this dealership .... No handshake quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panne im Urlaub-Batterie hat den Geist aufgegeben. Guter Rat war teuer oder auch nicht. Beim Ford-Händler vor Ort angerufen und ich konnte sofort in die Werkstatt kommen. Eine neue Batterie wurde bestellt und am nächsten Tag nach einer kurzen Wanderung konnte ich das Auto wieder abholen. Super Service und Danke nochmal.
Breakdown on vacation battery has given up the ghost. Good advice was expensive or not. Called the local Ford dealer and I was able to come straight to the workshop. A new battery was ordered and the next day after a short hike I was able to pick up the car again. Great service and thanks again.
