Wir wurden sofort und sehr freundlich bedient und zum Problem (Batterie entlud sich ständig, Auto sprang nicht mehr an) an unserem Auto informiert und beraten. Sofort wurde eine neue Batterie bestellt und am nächsten Tag eingebaut.
Danke für die schnelle Hilfe.
Friendly and competent workshop.
We were immediately and very friendly and the problem (battery constantly blew, car did not start) on our car informed and advised. Immediately a new battery was ordered and installed the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute Werkstatt mit kompetenten Mitarbeitern. Auch Preis/Leistung sicher eine der besten in Klagenfurt. Nebenbei: Die 0-Sterne Bewertung von Günter ist für mich nicht gerechtfertigt - ja, das ist gängige Praxis. Der erste der bereit ist das Auto zu kaufen bekommt es auch, reservieren lassen die wenigsten Autohäuser. Aber Hauptsache online dann schlechte Bewertungen abgeben, wenn man sich nicht eingestehen kann keine Ahnung zu haben...
Good workshop with competent employees. Price / performance is certainly one of the best in Klagenfurt. By the way: Günter's 0-star rating is not justified for me - yes, that is common practice. The first one who is ready to buy the car also gets it, few car dealers reserve it. But the main thing is to post bad reviews online if you can't admit you have no idea ...

Frau und Herr Chef sind sehr nett, kompetent, zuvorkommend und fair und auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Wir wurden super beraten und freuen uns über unser neues Auto.
Wir sind froh, uns für dieses Autohaus entschieden zu haben und können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Service, konnten direkt mit dem Auto vorbei kommen. Auto wurde komplett durchgecheckt, aber nichts gefunden. Trotz des Aufwands für die Werkstatt mussten wir nichts bezahlen. Klare Empfehlung!
Great service, could come by directly by car. Car was completely checked, but nothing was found. Despite the expense of the workshop, we didn't have to pay anything. Clear recommendation!

I'm not always sure about the prices and the necessity of certain operations... But I' m returning there for over 15 years now. I think that means something. Never been dissatisfied with the repairs!
