★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht empfehlenswert! Hatte einen weißen Gürtel vor einigen Wochen gekauft und wollte ihn heute umtauschen. Geht nicht keine Rechnung und außerdem nach 14 Tagen!
Immerhin kostet der Gürtel 45 EUR.
Aussage Verkäuferin die nur nett ist wenn man was kauft: sie kann nichts machen! Diese sture Verkaufs-Umtausch Regeln gehen mir auf den Sack! Nie wieder Levi’s vor allem in der City Arkade in Klagenfurt!!
Übrigens habe der Verkäuferin um eine Schere gebeten und habe den Gürtel vor Ihren Augen zerschnitten.

Statement from the saleswoman who is only nice when you buy something: she can't do anything! These stubborn sales-exchange rules piss me off! Never again Levi's, especially in the City Arkade in Klagenfurt !!
By the way, I asked the saleswoman for a pair of scissors and cut the belt in front of your eyes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe dort einen Pullover gekauft den ich zehn Tage später umtauschen wollte weil, sich das Levis Logo löste. Die Filialleiterin erklärte mir dass dies nicht möglich wäre weil sie jetzt zur Bank muss und noch andere Sachen zu tun hat. Ich sollte meine Telefonnummer dort lassen sie würde sich ca in drei Tagen melden. So etwas unfreundliches habe ich noch nie erlebt.
Ich bin dann nach Villach zum Levis Store ins Atrio gefahren. Die Verkäuferin dort hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und ich bekam eine Gutschrift.
Bought a sweater there that I wanted to exchange ten days later because the Levi's logo came off. The branch manager explained to me that this would not be possible because she has to go to the bank and has other things to do. I should leave my phone number there. She would be in touch in about three days. I've never seen anything so unfriendly.
I then drove to the Levis Store in Villach in the Atrio. The saleswoman there took care of it immediately and I received a credit note.

Extremely rude seller... wanted to exchange something and instead of explaining to me that it is no longer possible, I was snapped at stupidly. Don't think I'll shop there again!!
