★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kenne die Firma Denzel seit vielen Jahren.... Immer positiv beraten oder betreut worden... NUR.... Fa. Denzel BMW in Klagenfurt erzürnte mich masslos... So etwas von einer Gebrauchtwagenverkäuferin habe ich noch nie erlebt. ... Seit Montag waren wir für eine Probefahrt eines 218i angemeldet.So weit so gut, Probekennzeichen waren montiert nur die Verkäuferin zeigte null Interesse an dem Verkauf oder gar das Automatikfahrzeug mir zu erklären... Wie konnte ich doch nicht wissen dass man angeschnallt sein muss um die Parkbremse lösen zu können!!!!!... Sehr generft wurde mir widerwillig diese Technik erklärt.... Ok , die vereinbarte 1 Stunde Probefahrt wurde sofort beendet, Benzin nur für 42Km im Tank und die Warnung im Fahrzeug war eindeutig.... Tanken!.... Ok, soweit so gut....zurückgekommen sind wir nach 20 Minuten , genug gesehen... Preisverhandlungen nicht möglich, Winterreifen nicht vorhanden... Auch wurde nicht einmal der Versuch unternommen eine Verhandlung zu führen oder gar eine Lösung zu finden.... Nur soviel.... Es war schon ein kaufwilliger Kunde vor uns probefahren....konnte nicht kaufen ,da das KFZ für uns reserviert war....Ja, genau, das glauben wir sofort..... Unfreundlich und nicht an einem Verkauf interessiert.....oder lag es vielleicht daran , dass wir extra aus dem Osten Österreichs angereist sind und man dachte..... Die nehmen den Wagen sowieso...... Lieber Denzel.....so nicht!
 I've known the Denzel company for many years.... Always had positive advice or support... ONLY.... Denzel BMW in Klagenfurt angered me beyond measure... I've never experienced anything like this from a used car saleswoman. ... We had been registered for a test drive of a 218i since Monday. So far so good, test license plates were mounted only the saleswoman showed zero interest in the sale or even explaining the automatic vehicle to me... How could I not know that you buckled up must be in order to be able to release the parking brake!!!!!... Very nerfed, this technique was explained to me reluctantly.... Ok, the agreed 1 hour test drive was ended immediately, petrol only for 42km in the tank and the warning in the vehicle was clear.... refueling!.... Ok, so far so good....we came back after 20 minutes, seen enough... Price negotiations not possible, no winter tires available... They didn't even try to conduct a negotiation or even to find a solution.... Just so much.... A customer who was willing to buy was already test driving in front of us....could not buy because the car was reserved for us....Yes, exactly, we believe that immediately..... Unfriendly and not at a V Interested in buying.....or maybe it was because we came all the way from the east of Austria and you thought..... They'll take the car anyway...... Dear Denzel.....not like that !

Offers all necessary services for cars: repairs, check-ups, tiers storage and even remember to call you and remind you to make an appointment for car check-up (some people really need such services ? ). They also sell new and used cars. There is a showroom for BMW / Mini funs: bikes, accessories, kids toys.
