★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Erfahrungen zeigen leider, dass bei diesem Händler nur weil überall "Premium" drauf steht, nicht immer "Premium" drinnen ist.
Eine für den nächsten Werktag vereinbarte Probefahrt konnte leider nicht stattfinden, da zwischenzeitlich das Auto nochmals von einem anderen Verkäufer reserviert wurde. Dies wurde mir erst bei der Anfahrt zum Händler 30 Minuten vorher telefonisch mitgeteilt.
Laut Verkäufer-Aussage könne das passieren, da es viele Verkäufer und auch Autos am Hof gebe. Er selber habe erst heute in der Früh eine E-Mail gelesen, dass das Auto erneut reserviert wurde.
Das ein selbst ernannter "Premium-Händler" dann solche Fehler zulässt ist schon sehr grenzwertig.
Abgesehen davon sehe ich es als fragwürdig an, warum Probefahrten/Reservierungen per E-Mail kommuniziert werden. Wenn es doch so viele Verkäufer gibt, warum gibt es nicht ein Reservierungs- & Probefahrt Aufzeichnungstool.
Das ist jedoch sicher ein Management-Thema an sich und trifft weniger die Schuld des Verkäufers.

Unfortunately, a test drive agreed for the next working day could not take place because the car has meanwhile been reserved by another seller. I was only informed of this by telephone 30 minutes in advance when I was approaching the dealer.
According to the seller's statement, this could happen because there are many sellers and also cars on the farm. He himself only read an email this morning that the car had been reserved again.
That a self-proclaimed "premium dealer" then allows such errors is very marginal.
Apart from that, I see it as questionable why test drives / reservations are communicated via email. If there are so many sellers, why isn't there a reservation & test drive recording tool.
However, this is certainly a management issue in itself and is less the seller's fault.

Finally found THE dealership that I trust. Advice TOP, support TOP, Mr. Hirschberger a consultant with handshake quality. Unfortunately, it is very, very seldom found these days. We bought 2 cars straight away and are extremely satisfied with both (MINI and BMW X1M-Sport). Car reservation also possible without problems ...
Are really enthusiastic - also in the car acceptance (exchange) one tried to create the WIN-WIN situation.

I was in contact with them even before they provided the pictures and I arrange everything with them on Friday to come on Saturday from Wien to Klagenfurt but they told me that they are sending the car to Denzel for a service and that we should speak on Monday or Tuesday when the car is back from the service. But during the Saturday they removed the car from their page. I was calling but no one could tell me anything and they were saying that it’s probably removed because I reserved it and that I call on Wednesday when the sales person I spoke with is coming back from holiday. Finally on Wednesday that person told me that the car is sold. That much about professionalism! Thank you so much!
