Kurz gesagt: Holen Sie sich mindest 1-2 Vergleichsangebote ein!
Wir hatten eine "Notfallsreparatur" - das versprochene Angebot kam erst nach knapp einer Woche (da hatte es ein Mitbewerber längst, bestens, erledigt) - und dann war der Preis mehr als das Doppelte vom nächst günstigeren Mitbewerber.
"Zero star" is unfortunately not possible, but it would be justified.
In short: Get at least 1-2 comparison offers!
We had an "emergency repair" - the promised offer came after just under a week (a competitor had done it long ago, great,) - and then the price was more than double that of the next cheaper competitor.
