Yamaha Team Could you please provide a new official Phone number.
This is a big company but the response is very poor. I would love not to recommend you product. It comes first impression from a Technical assistance Team when the product is already sold. Where is your Customer care zero? just as you can sell the product then nothing! I am a Yamaha lover but it will turns my back in this regards. I will only change my comments if somebody from your good office will contact me for my problem. This is the very first company that no customer care online. They have provided phone numbers but can't be reach. Amazing ideas. I will rate ZERO Star and ZERO ratings. I hope people in Europe will see this and they will think twice of buying YAMAHA bike Product. I will really recommend not to buy Yamaha product for the mean time if they will not gonna filter there problem. I have contacted the dealer and they send me to this office but nothing ! no response! . I hate it!
Guys if you need online assistance from Yamaha motor Europe good luck I hope they will response immediately on this matter.
