Mein bestelltes Paket können die sich jetzt in den Ars*h schieben If you could give 0 stars, DHL would get -148292 from me .. such a bad service and always too late. My ordered package can now be pushed into the ass

Steckt Lieferungen einfach in fremde Postkasten und bei einer Lieferung weder Benachrichtigung sondern gleich zurück an Verkäufer, auch die Servicehotline sehr unfreundlich! Nie wieder Dhl schult euer Personal ordentlich oder stellt besseres Personal ein! Really a joke! Stuck deliveries simply in foreign mailbox and in a delivery neither notification but immediately back to sellers, even the service hotline very unfriendly! Never again do your staff train properly or hire better staff!

Natürlich, das machen wir alle, aber bei täglich mehreren hundert Paketen im Auto passieren Fehler... Ich denke wie sollten alle toleranter werden, egal ob Post, DPD oder GLS, wer glaubt es wäre einfach, soll diesen Job mal einen Tag lang selber machen ? Of course the drivers don't do everything right, but it's all just people who work hard every day for their money! Of course, we all do that, but mistakes happen with hundreds of parcels in the car every day ... I think how should everyone become more tolerant, regardless of whether it is Post, DPD or GLS, whoever thinks it would be easy should do this job themselves for a day ?
g	gerhard engl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Frechheit! Marschiere 20 Minuten zu dem Shop, bin um 11:30h dort. Geschlossen! Alles verrammelt. Sieht aus als wäre es nie offen gewesen. Keinerlei Hinweis an der Türe. Einziger Shop im 23ten wo man angeblich was abgeben kann, da kann DHL stolz darauf sein. Würde am liebsten Null Punkte geben. An impudence! Walk 20 minutes to the shop, I'll be there at 11:30 am. Closed! Everything locked up. Looks like it was never open. No sign on the door. The only shop in the 23rd where you can supposedly hand in something, DHL can be proud of it. Would love to give zero points.

H	Honest Guy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read a lot of negative comments about DHL beforehand but I was very surprised how smooth the whole delivering process went. I put 7 (big) parcels in a 24/7 parcel box in Salzburg and after choosing my delivery date they got delivered to my flat in Vienna like promised in the delivery information. For the price I would recommend trying DHL. Also a very nice delivery guy and worth giving a tip. I do understand some comments, parcels can get lost or delivered with delay. It's annoying but does happen with such a big amount of online orders nowadays.

Telephone operator instead of helping me and locating my package , started to yell and was being very rude. When I have asked him to transfer the call to manager , he asked me" for what? " ,wished me a good day and dropped the call. On calling for forth time had the same experience. By end of the day, I am still waiting for an answer and waiting for my package to be delivered. Very disappointed.
