I	Iman Rahsepar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zu meinem Sachverhalt. Auto ist genau 3 Jahre alt. Laut Diagnose von Pappas Auto GmbH ist die Autobatterie defekt. Zuvor war mein Auto genau 3 Wochen in der Werkstatt aufgrund zwei anderen Werksfehlern und einen Tag nach der Abholung konnte ich mein Auto nicht starten. Ich rief in der Werkstatt Wiesenthal Donaustadt an und berichtete über den Vorfall. Die Firma Wiesenthal verwies mich an die Firma Pappas. Ich habe da den Notdienst angerufen. Der Mechaniker vor Ort war ziemlich nett, nur hat er mir kein Wort zu den Kosten gesagt. Als Diagnose stellte er eine zu schwache Batterie fest. Mit Starterkabel, startete das Auto natürlich. Der nette Herr meinte, dass ich nun 30min fahren soll, damit sich die Batterie aufladet. Natürlich habe ich das dann auch gemacht. Nur zwei Tage später war das selbe Problem. Wieder habe ich den Notdienst angerufen, da ich damit rechnete, dass es zum Service dazu gehört. Der Notdienst vor Ort hat diesmal wieder den Starterkabel mitgehabt und auch gleichzeitig eine neue Autobatterie. Wurde alles vor Ort ausgetauscht. Einige Tage später kam dann aber die Überraschung. Ich hatte zwei sehr hohe Rechnungen erhalten. Die erste Rechnung für die Starterhilfe belief sich auch satte 374,46€ (für eine Starterhilfe)???? Das nächste ist ja, dass der nette Herr vor Ort auch beim ersten Mal schon die Diagnose Batterie defekt stellen hätten müssen und nicht erst zwei Tage später. Für den zweiten Dienst kam eine Rechnung von 908,35€. Also insgesamt 1282,81€ für eine Starterhilfe und einen Batteriewechsel. So eine Abzocke habe ich noch nie erlebt. Also Vorsicht!!! Bilder von den Rechnungen sind anbei. About my facts. Car is exactly 3 years old. According to the diagnosis from Pappas Auto GmbH, the car battery is defective. Before that, my car had been in the workshop for exactly 3 weeks due to two other factory faults and I couldn't start my car one day after it was picked up. I called the Wiesenthal Donaustadt workshop and reported the incident. The Wiesenthal company referred me to the Pappas company. I called the emergency service there. The mechanic on site was pretty nice, but he didn't tell me a word about the costs. As a diagnosis, he determined that the battery was too weak. With a starter cable, the car started of course. The nice gentleman said that I should now drive for 30 minutes so that the battery can be charged. Of course I did that too. Just two days later, the same problem occurred. Again I called the emergency service, as I expected it to be part of the service. This time, the on-site emergency service took the starter cable with them and a new car battery at the same time. Everything was exchanged on site. A few days later, however, the surprise came. I had received two very large bills. The first invoice for the starter aid was a whopping 374.46 € (for a starter aid) ???? The next thing is that the nice gentleman on site should have made the diagnosis of the defective battery the first time and not two days later. For the second service I received a bill of € 908.35. So a total of € 1282.81 for a starter aid and a battery change. I've never seen such a rip off. So be careful !!! Pictures of the invoices are attached.
