Kommen mit Gebühren die nie ausgemacht oder unterschrieben waren Absolutely not to be recommended, so far the worst leasing bank I've ever been to, I'm glad I'm rid of it. Come with fees that were never made or signed

Jedes mal wird man vertröstet und ein Rückruf wird versprochen der nie stattfand! Sehr schlechter Service! Called 5 times for access to the CarMarket for dealers! + 1 online registration without success! Every time you are put off and a callback is promised that never took place! Very bad service!
M	Marko Robert Maximilian Niederreiter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger weg von der Firma... wegen nciht richtiger Vinikulierung wurde der Wagen eingezogen und per Anwalt das doppelte vom Wagenwert verlangt. Ein Inkasobüro stand bereits nach drei Wochen nach Auslieferung da, weil eine Unterschrift (von ALD !!!) gefehlt hat. Nach einem zwei Jahre langen Rechtsstreit der auch mehr gekostet hat als mein Firmenbus bin ich diese Id..ten zum glück auch los.. Stay away from the company ... the car was confiscated due to incorrect vinification and a lawyer asked for double the value of the car. A collection office was there just three weeks after delivery because a signature (from ALD !!!) was missing. After a two-year-long legal dispute that also cost more than my company bus, I'm lucky to get rid of this id ..
P	Peter Hinterdorfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Leasingraten wurden trotz fristgerechter Rückgabe des Fahrzeuges einfach weiterhin verrechnet. Unverschämte Gebühren bei der Schadensabwicklung! 160€ Schadensbearbeitung weil die Versicherung nicht bei ALD abgeschlossen war, sondern nur das Leasing. Gehts noch?! Eine derartig unverschämte Abzocke ist mir vorher noch nirgends untergekommen. Versteckte Kosten überall in den Verträgen. Es gibt sicher bessere Leasinggesellschaften, aber wohl kaum NOCH Schlechtere! The leasing installments continued to be charged despite the timely return of the vehicle. Outrageous fees for handling claims! 160 € claims processing because the insurance was not taken out by ALD, only the leasing. Are you crazy?! Such an insolent rip-off has never occurred to me before. Hidden costs everywhere in the contracts. There are certainly better leasing companies, but hardly EVEN worse ones!
M	Markus Harm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ich hatte mehrere Probleme mit meinem Auto bzw. meinem Leasing Vertrag. Kein einziges wurde, auch nur ansatzweise, von ALD gelöst. Die Firma hat viele durchaus sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter_innen. Das hilft nur leider nicht, wenn einem niemand weiterhelfen kann. I had several problems with my car and my leasing contract. Not a single one was solved by ALD, even in the slightest. The company has many very friendly employees. Unfortunately, that doesn't help if nobody can help you.

Finde das grossartig, dass sich diese Firma für die ärmsten in unserer Gesellschaft einsetzt! Frohe Weihnachten! Today I saw a Caritas (Canisibus) electric vehicle (logo on the side) that is apparently sponsored by ALD. I think it's great that this company supports the poorest in our society! Merry Christmas!
