Trotz Versand aus der EU in die Schweiz war die Lieferung kostenlos (nicht selbstverständlich bei Rechnungsbetrag unter 100€) und kam innerhalb weniger Tage. Werde hier nun öfter bestellen. Habe schon mit den gleichen bestellten Produkten bei einem anderen (seriös wirkendem), reinen Online-Händler ein gefälschtes Produkt erhalten (habe es am Geschmack eindeutig erkannt) und schätze es, dass die Servus-Apotheke auch eine "echte" stationäre Apotheke ist, was mir als "gebranntem Kind" mittlerweile wichtig ist. 1A quality of the goods. Despite shipping from the EU to Switzerland, delivery was free (not of course for invoices below 100 €) and arrived within a few days. Will order here more often now. I already received a counterfeit product with the same ordered products from another (reputable looking), pure online retailer (I clearly recognized it by the taste) and I appreciate the fact that the Servus pharmacy is also a "real" stationary pharmacy, what is now important to me as a "burned child".

Artikel als sofort lieferbar gekennzeichnet, Trackingnummer wurde zugeschickt, paar Tage nach der Bestellung eine Rückerstattung, weil ein Artikel, der die Hauptmenge meiner Bestellung ausmachte nicht auf Lager war. Nicht empfehlenswert, wenn als "sofort lieferbar" gekennzeichnet, erwarte ich auch das es lieferbar ist. First everything seemed ok. Item marked as available for immediate delivery, tracking number was sent, refunded a few days after ordering because an item that made up the bulk of my order was out of stock. Not recommended, if marked as "available for immediate delivery" I expect it to be available.

Lucky I rang my Austrian Bank straight away to cancel my credit card! Dont scam me! I dont feel your website is secure at all. Never had this problem before. After my complaint you told me to order with pick up and you want to charge me 30e extra because of higher prices! REALLY?? How that works!! You caused me just stress nothing else. I would not recommend anyone to use their credit card on your website. Your website is not secure. And you dont care about your customers. Rip off. Never again. Note: They changed the price on their website after I enquired about my order!
