M	Mansi Shah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hygienic and clean rooms. The staff (receptionist) is very co-operative and helpful. I stayed in the single-studio arrangement here.

F	Fatal1ty ! on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, clean hotel, we had cosy room which was very quiet in spite of the loud traffic outside. It had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful, no problem with English. Hotel located close to tram station which goes directly to center. 15 euro additionally for the parking spots (watch out, they are very tight), 10 euro for breakfast which was ok.

Beds were like stones, not possible to sleep whole night like baby. You turn and turn again many times in the night. Good location, not in the middle of the town, but easy to reach the center. Quite good p/q ratio.

The noon reception is rather friendly but not professional enough as a front reception service staff. Our room's neither the safety box nor air conditioning function was working. Cleanliness and near to public transport however are the plus point. Lastly, in terms of breakfast, it does worth to go.

That isn’t fancy or luxury but it’s very clean and service is good and friendly! Rooms are also clean but first when you go to the room there is something bad smell but it goes away when you keep windows open! However I can recommend this when you come to Vienna!
