Die Vorgehensweise ist sehr professionell, äußert rücksichtsvoll und mitfühlend. Jede Frage wird aufmerksam angehört und gut verständlich erklärt. ich spüre jedes mal das Gemeinsame in der Rundum-wohlfühl-betreuung! Danke!!! For the first time in my 65-year-old life, I go to the dentist without fear. I am greeted with a happy "good morning" every time. The approach is very professional, extremely considerate and compassionate. Every question is listened to carefully and explained in a way that is easy to understand. every time i feel what they have in common in the all-round feel-good care! Thanks!!!

Die Behandlung war schmerzfrei, unkompliziert und rasch erledigt. Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Sehr nette Assistenz und Rezeption! Gut finde ich, dass man relativ kurzfristig einen Termin bekommt. Bei Schmerzen bekam ich sogar noch einen Termin am selben Tag, dafür ein herzliches Danke :) I feel very well looked after and well looked after by Ms. Dr Hainich. Jedes mal bin ich, auch von allen Mitarbeitern sehr freundlich und persönlich behandelt worden. Seit einigen Jahren hab ich immer wieder ein unangenehmes Gefühl bei einem schon öfter Wurzelbehandelten und gebrochenem Zahn gehabt. Dr. Hainich hat ihn mir wie neu gemacht. Durch Ihre sehr liebe Art gehe ich nun gern zur Zahnärztin und freue mich über mein schönen Zähne. Today was the third time I was in the ordination of Dr. Hainich. Every time I was treated very friendly and personally by all employees. For a number of years I have had an uncomfortable feeling with a tooth that has already undergone root canal treatment and broken. Dr. Hainich made it look like new for me. Because of your very nice nature, I now like to go to the dentist and am happy about my beautiful teeth.

Mir wurde schnell geholfen während des Eingriffs wurde ich über Vorgehen, Optionen und Kosten aufgeklärt. Alle waren freundlich und Verständnisvoll, trotz vieler Patient*innen im Aufenthaltsraum und Stress mit der Technik! All employees and Dr. Hainich are great! Im Jahr 2021 hatte ich von heute auf morgen schwerwiegende Zahnschmerzen, diese auch mit Hilfe von starken Schmerzmitteln nicht mehr zu beruhigen waren. Dann am Montag in der Früh zur Frau Doktor als "Schmerzpatient" habe geläutet meldet sich keiner, rief dann vor der Türe mit dem Handy an, und sagte ich stehe vor der Türe bitte öffnen habe starke Schmerzen. Diese Woche kein Termin mehr frei, Frechheit, habe das der Zahnärztekammer dann erläutert, und Frau Doktor hatte es nicht notwendig eine Stellungnahme abzugeben. Daher sieht mich diese Ärztin nie wieder, und kann Euch nur sagen, wenn Ihr Schmerzen habt, Frau Dr. Berger (ungefähr 3km entfernt) hat nach einer sehr kurzen Wartezeit hervorragende Arbeit geleistet. Therefore, this doctor will never see me again and can only tell you if you are in pain, Dr. Berger (about 3km away) did an excellent job after a very short wait.
