Heute wurde ich von Frau Anita Kosteletzky bedient und war begeistert von ihrem Engagement , ihrem Einfühlungsvermögen, ihrer Geduld und Herzlichkeit.Diese Apotheke kann man nur weiter empfehlen. This pharmacy has a rich offer, TCM, also for animals and many products that are not found in other pharmacies. The staff is friendly, competent and sensitive. Today I was served by Mrs. Anita Kosteletzky and was thrilled by her commitment, her empathy, her patience and warmth. This pharmacy can only be recommended.

Ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt: Parkplatz vor der Tür. This is MY pharmacy as I imagine it! The friendly, competent advice has saved me many visits to the doctor. An additional plus point: parking space in front of the door.

Das Personal, im besonderen die Besitzerin waren kompetent, freundlich und Hilfsbereit in jeder Situation. Ich vermisse sie alle. Es mag vorkommen, man ist durch den Stress kurzfristig etwas schlechter drauf. Wie wir alle. Kann daher die letzten Bemerkungen nicht nachvollziehen. Bleibt weiter wie gehabt. A friend visiting from abroad needed a refill of a particular TCM preparation, and I called four pharmacies before finally coming across this place - they didn't have the preparation, but took the time to figure out all of the components and mixed up a batch for us, all for under €9, less than what the friend would have paid at home. THANK YOU for the excellent service!
