Aber bitte alle wichtigen Termine absagen, denn für besondere Leute nimmt sich die Apotheke mehr Zeit als für die Mittelschicht. Very difficult to get a parking space here. M	Manuela Qmail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nette Mitarbeiter, bisschen unflexibel...aber sonst ganz ok. Edit nachträglich: erneut dort einen Coronatest gemacht. Die ältere Mitarbeiterin ist nicht nur unfreundlich (gratis Feedback von mir an diese Dame: So redet man nicht mit Kunden! Und in unserem Fall war ja offensichtlich ICH der Kunde!), sondern hält auch nicht die Hygienevorschriften ein. Normal max. 2 Mitarbeiter in der Apotheke und 2 beim Postpartner. Fakt: 6 Personen warten auf den Test, 2 sind an je einem Schalter & 1 beim Postpartner. Ergibt 9 Personen, anstatt max. 4!!!! Aufs Aufmerksam machen bekommt man die Antwort, "na, was soll ich machen"! Wie bitte?! Und das in einer Apotheke!!! Was soll man sich da denken...?! Nice employees, a bit inflexible ... but otherwise okay. Subsequent edit: again made a corona test there. The older employee is not only unfriendly (free feedback from me to this lady: That's not how you talk to customers! And in our case I was obviously the customer!), But also does not comply with the hygiene regulations. Normally max. 2 employees in the pharmacy and 2 at the post office partner. Fact: 6 people are waiting for the test, 2 are each at a counter & 1 at the postal partner. Makes 9 people instead of a maximum of 4 !!!! When you draw your attention you get the answer, "Well, what should I do"! I beg your pardon?! And that in a pharmacy! What should you think ...?!

Bin schon öfter an einem der beiden Schalter gestanden, der frei schien, aber keine der hinten rumwuselnden Damen machte Anstalten, mich zu bedienen. Service generell sehr langsam. Höhepunkt vor einer Woche: Meine Frau wollte um 17:47 etwas abholen. Es wurde ihr gesagt, das sei noch nicht da , sie solle in 10 Minuten nochmals kommen. Als sie um 17:57 wieder rein wollte, war die Tür bereits versperrt. There are much better pharmacies in Vienna with more helpful staff. I have already stood at one of the two counters that seemed vacant, but none of the ladies scurrying around behind made a move to serve me. Service generally very slow. Highlight a week ago: My wife wanted to pick something up at 5:47 pm. She was told that it wasn't there yet, that she should come back in 10 minutes. When she wanted to get back in at 5:57 p.m., the door was already locked.
