Wenn man die übrige Wiener Servicelandschaft kennt, ist es umso erfreulicher wie zuvorkommend man hier behandelt wird. Solange ich in der Gegend wohne, geh ich sicher zu keiner anderen Apotheke mehr. Extremely helpful and nice staff. If you know the rest of Vienna's service landscape, it is all the more pleasing how accommodating you are treated here. As long as I live in the area, I certainly do not go to any other pharmacy.

Auch wenn viel los ist nehmen Sie sich Zeit und behandeln mich wie jeden "normalen" Kunden!!! Ich bin sehr froh einen Platz in dieser Apotheke bekommen zu haben I have been in this pharmacy for almost two years and have always received friendly and competent advice and service. Even if it's busy, take your time and treat me like any "normal" customer! I am very happy to have a place in this pharmacy

Also so nett und hilfsbereit und den ganzen Tag egal bei wem man dran kommt sind sie freundlich und zuvor kommmend! Wenn man die Filiale betritt wird man mit einem Lächeln empfangen und gefragt was man gerne hätte! Das selbe wenn man bezahlt hat wird man so freundlich verabschiedet, dass einem Menschen ja gar nichts anderes über bleibt als liebend gerne wieder zu kommen. Überhaubt der Magister (Filialleiter) ist sowas von zuvorkommend, dass es SPASS macht wenn man nicht selber oder die Kinder zu krank sind wenn man etwas braucht in dieser einzigartigen Apotheke in Wien. Kann jedem empfehlen diese Apotheke zu besuchen sie werden es nicht bereuen denn sie haben auch alles was der Mensch braucht und müssen nicht alles erst bestellen!!! Vielen Dank an die Filiale weil ich immer sehr zufrieden bin und das schon sehr lange. Herzlichen Dank!! So so nice and helpful and the whole day no matter who your turn is they are friendly and first! When you enter the branch you are greeted with a smile and asked what you would like! The same when you have paid you are so kindly said goodbye that a person has nothing else to do but love to come back. The Magister (branch manager) is so accommodating that it is FUN if you are not yourself or the children are too sick when you need something in this unique pharmacy in Vienna. Can recommend everyone to visit this pharmacy you will not regret it because you have everything a person needs and do not have to order everything first!
