Da ich an einem Samstag dringend ein Medikament brauchte, das nicht lagernd war haben sich die Mitarbeiter auch dahingehend bemüht das ich dieses noch vor Mittag bekomme. Herzlichen Dank an die Mitarbeiter. A very nice bright and friendly pharmacy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Since I urgently needed a drug on a Saturday that was not in stock, the staff have also made an effort that I get this before noon. Many thanks to the staff.

Ich fühle mich dort sehr gut beraten und flott sind sie auch. All employees are very friendly and questions are always answered in an understandable and competent manner. I feel very well advised there and they are also quick.

Es wird vor dir miteinander geflüstert (das wirkt einfach unprofessionell, unsympathisch und ist generell ganz einfach unhöflich). Ein Lächeln sucht man vergebens. Man hat bei den beiden jungen Damen den Eindruck, als wäre man unerwünscht, ein Störfaktor. Ich bin den Damen wirklich entgegengekommen, im Sinne davon, dass ich sagte, sie sollen sich bitte nicht stressen, da in Karenz, kann ich auch morgen das ausstehende Medikament holen. Letztlich hat's dann mein Mann am nächsten Tag geholt und hat auch die exakt selben Erfahrungen gemacht. Laut Rezept sollte das Gel für meine Tochter eigentlich in einer Glasflasche mit Pipette sein....uns wurde es unlieb in eine billige zerknautschte Tube (mit richtig wenig Inhalt) gedrückt. Also nach diesem sagenhaften Kundenservice, der eigentlich keiner war, gehe ich lieber wieder zu meinen herkömmlichen Apotheken??‍♀️ Sorry Was there once so far and .... well ... really bad staff. It is whispered to each other in front of you (that just seems unprofessional, unsympathetic and is generally just rude). You look in vain for a smile. With the two young women you get the impression that you are undesirable, a disruptive factor. I really came to terms with the ladies, in the sense that I said they shouldn't stress themselves, because I'm on maternity leave, I can get the pending medication tomorrow. Ultimately my husband picked it up the next day and had exactly the same experience. According to the recipe, the gel should actually be in a glass bottle with a pipette for my daughter ... we didn't like it pressed into a cheap, crumpled tube (with really little content). So after this fabulous customer service, which actually wasn't, I'd rather go back to my conventional pharmacies Apothe Sorry

g	gerhard breuner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider mache ich immer wieder die Erfahrung, egal wann man in die Apotheke kommt dass das Personal sich nicht wirklich an die Maskenpflicht haltet ( entweder gar nicht so wie heute oder nicht über die Nase auch). Von den Kunden verlangen aber selber nicht einhalten. Medikamente sind meistens auch nicht da und somit muss man nochmal kommen. Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Eine einzige Mitarbeiterin die nett ist ( weiß leider ihren Namen nicht) die schon die ganze Zeit in der Apotheke arbeitet. Unfortunately, I keep making the experience, no matter when you come to the pharmacy, that the staff does not really adhere to the mask requirement (either not at all like today or not through the nose either). Demand from customers but do not comply with it themselves. Medicines are usually not there either and so you have to come again. Not very customer friendly. A single employee who is nice (unfortunately doesn't know her name) who has been working in the pharmacy the whole time.
P	Pauline Lotti Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Personal trägt keine FFP2 Maske und als ich darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde ich sehr unfreundlich behandelt! Sie sagten mir, ich könne woanders hingehen. Das war eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Ich fände es fair, wenn sich alle an die geltenden Regeln halten würden! Diese Apotheke ist wirklich keine Empfehlung! The staff does not wear an FFP2 mask and when I pointed this out, I was treated very rudely! They told me I could go somewhere else. That was a very bad experience. I think it would be fair if everyone followed the applicable rules! This pharmacy is really not recommended!
