Hunde, egal ob von Kunden oder dem Chef oder Personal haben in der Apotheke nichts verloren. Absolutely unacceptable that "the boss's dog" walks around freely and without a muzzle in the pharmacy. Dogs, whether from customers or the boss or staff, have no business in the pharmacy.

Produkte ohne Wissenschaftliche Basis sollten nicht direkt an die Kunden vermarktet werden. Nice staff, good service, two stars deducted because of Chinese detoxification patches at the checkout. Products without a scientific basis should not be marketed directly to consumers.

Gleich wenn man reinkommt sieht man hinter der Glastür die Damen, die cremen etc zusammen mixen. 3 der 5 Damen hatten KEINE Maske auf ! Seit heute wurden die Maßnahmen von der Regierung drastisch verschärft (HARTER LOCKDOWN) Eine der Damen die keine Maske aufhatte öffnete das kleine Türchen und sagte in einem richtig aggressiven Ton einem Herren der gerade rein gekommen ist und dabei war seine Maske auszusetzen „SOFORT MASKE AUFSETZTEN“ dabei waren wir nicht mal im Geschäftsbereich. Ich finde es echt unakzeptabel so mit Kunden umzugehen. Ich werde in zukunft diese Apotheke meiden & meine Mitarbeiter (eine große Kanzlei in der Nähe) ebenfalls. Unfortunately today (November 22nd, 2021) I witnessed a very unpleasant incident! As soon as you come in you can see the women behind the glass door mixing creams etc. 3 of the 5 women had NO mask on! As of today, the government has drastically tightened the measures (HARTER LOCKDOWN) One of the women who did not have a mask on opened the little door and said in a really aggressive tone to a man who had just come in and was about to expose his mask “PUT ON MASK IMMEDIATELY” while we were not even in the business area. I find it really unacceptable to deal with customers like that. I will avoid this pharmacy in the future and so will my employees (a large law firm nearby).

Und in alltäglichen Situationen sind natürlich auch top. The competent employees have now given me extensive advice three times in critical situations; Hats off to this empathetic willingness to help! And in everyday situations are of course also great.

Und an den Herren unter mir: Der Leopold ist ein ganz lieber und zutraulicher Hund und ich finde es toll, dass er in der Apotheke ist. Außerdem ist er gepflegter als die meisten Leute die in die Apotheke kommen. Nice staff and they always have everything you need in stock. And to the gentlemen below: Leopold is a very nice and trusting dog and I think it's great that he's in the pharmacy. He's also nicer than most people who come to the pharmacy.
