★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlich, überschaubar und mit den Öffis gut erreichbar. Kindernagelschere war leider keine verfügbar und ich musste eine spitze Erwachsenen-Schere kaufen, dachte das wäre ein Standardprodukt in einer Apotheke.
Friendly, manageable and easily accessible by public transport. Unfortunately, children's scissors were not available and I had to buy a pair of sharp adult scissors, thinking that would be a standard product in a pharmacy.

Totally helpful, did not have the Bach flower in the warehouse but in 2 hours you can pick it up! Thank you, doesn't have to be in the city. Very friendly.

Obwohl die Beethoven- und die Auge Gottes Apotheke für mich näher sind, drängt mich deren Inkompetenz (und zeitweilige Insolenz) immer wieder zur Agnes.
In 20 Jahren als Kunde wurde ich nicht ein Mal schlecht, langsam oder aufdringlich beraten und bedient.
Freue mich auf noch mindestens 20 weitere Jahre.

Although the Beethoven and the Eye of God pharmacy are closer to me, their incompetence (and temporary bankruptcy) keeps pushing me to Agnes.
In 20 years as a customer I was not once bad, slow or intrusive advice and served.
Am looking forward to at least another 20 years.
