Falsches Medikament gegeben und wollen es nicht zurück nehmen bzw .Umtauschen auf das richtige. The rudest customer hostile pharmacy I have ever visited. Wrong medication given and don't want to take it back or exchange it for the right one.

Helle moderne Apotheke mit tollem Sortiment. Wurde von einem Herrn mit Vollbart freundlichst und wirklich kompetent beraten. Obwohl er offensichtlich Stress hatte nahm er sich geduldigst Zeit für meine Fragen. Deshalb 5 Sterne. Wie das andere Personal ist kann ich nicht sagen da ich ja das erste mal da war.Für meinen Teil kann ich diese Apo nur weiterempfehlen. Don't understand other people's bad reviews. Was there for the first time with my daughter because of a purchase at Interspar. Bright, modern pharmacy with a great range. Was advised in a friendly and really competent manner by a man with a full beard. Although he was obviously stressed, he patiently took time to answer my questions. Therefore 5 stars. I can't say what the other staff are like since I was there for the first time. For my part, I can only recommend this apo.

Auf Anfrage nach einem nicht verschreibungspflichtigen Mittel soetwas (ohne Hinweise auf die "Wirkungsweise") anzubieten sollte verboten werden. If I want to trust in pseudo-scientific treatment methods ("homeopathic medicinal specialties"), I would not go to a pharmacy but to a miracle healer. Offering something like this (without reference to the "mode of action") in response to a request for a non-prescription drug should be prohibited.
