Competent nice black-haired lady who had recently sold me some cigars. Very nice, and know how it should be. The shop for me, will buy my cigars there in the future. By the way, I'm from Lower Austria

The saleswoman was super unfriendly, but the shop itself has a good selection. I won't come back anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich immer kompetent und freundlich aber die neue und heutige anwesende Verkäuferin ist ein Horror. Verdreht die Augen weil sie nicht richtig zuhören kann. Macht ein Gesicht als würde sie jeden gleich fressen wollen. Schon lange nicht mehr so etwas inkompetentes und unfreundliches erlebt. Werde hier erst wieder einkaufen wenn diese Person nicht mehr hier arbeitet. Schrecklich!
Actually always competent and friendly but the new and present present saleswoman is a horror. Twists the eyes because she can not listen properly. Makes a face as if she wants to eat everyone the same. For a long time no longer experienced something incompetent and unfriendly. Will only shop again if this person does not work here anymore. Dreadful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man wird als Kunde vom Chef angeschnautz , wenn man Lottoscheine überprüfen lässt wo kein Gewinn vorhanden ist. Traurig diese Art von Kundenservice.
As a customer, you are snapped at by the boss if you have lottery tickets checked where there is no profit. Sad that kind of customer service.
