Mein Arzt verschreibt mir seit Jahren einen Magenschoner jetzt hörte ich von einer Pharmazeutin (Chefin?) bin mir nicht sicher, dass sich da etwas bösartiges bilden kann. Ich werde auf jeden Fall mit meinen Arzt darüber sprechen. Bin sehr verunsichert! Insp. Garget, I have to agree with you. My doctor has been prescribing a stomach protector for me for years now I've heard from a pharmacist (boss?) I'm not sure that something malicious can develop. I will definitely speak to my doctor about this. I am very insecure!
G	Google Nutzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unhöflich da ich um 16.30 Wegen eines Schnelltests kam welcher um 16.39 fertig war. Apotheke hat bis um 18:00 geöffnet und wurde Telefonisch abgemacht, worauf ich mir extra früher frei genommen habe! Sie sagt per Email geht nicht weil sie keine Zeit für sowas hat, ich müsse mich mit sms zufrieden geben. Nun erfahre ich das der Sms test für besprochenes vorhaben nicht ausreicht, was sie mir jedoch garantiert hatte! Für die Apothek, falls überhaupt interessant für sie, ich soreche von der Dunkelhäutigen Kollegin am rechten Schalter. NIE WIEDER, für solch unmotiviertes Personal ist der Kundenempfang definitiv nicht die richtige wahl. Die Sms ist im gegensatz zu anderen Apotheken nach über einer Stunde noch immer nicht angekommen, nur die Anmeldung. Test wurde sehr unangenehm fest in die nase „gerammt“, das habe ich bei 11 tests nicht erlebt und schon garnicht nicht mit anschließendem Nasenbluten! Sehr egoistisches und nicht am Kunden interessiertes Personal, Ausdrücklich NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!! Einzig und allein der junge Herr, sehr nett und überaus bemüht um seine Kunden (muss fairerweise erwähnt werden, da er solch eine Kritik nicht verdient hat) Very rude because I came at 4.30pm for a quick test which was finished at 4.39pm. The pharmacy is open until 6:00 p.m. and was arranged by phone, whereupon I took extra time off! She says by email is not possible because she has no time for something like that, I have to be satisfied with sms. Now I find out that the sms test is not enough for the project discussed, which she had guaranteed me! For the pharmacy, if at all interesting for you, I'll ask from them Dark-skinned colleague at the right counter. NEVER AGAIN, for such an unmotivated staff, the customer reception is definitely not the right choice. In contrast to other pharmacies, the text message still hasn't arrived after over an hour, just the registration. The test was very uncomfortably "rammed" firmly into the nose, I have not experienced that in 11 tests and certainly not with a subsequent nosebleed! Very selfish and not interested in the customer staff, expressly NOT RECOMMENDED !!!! Only the young gentleman, very nice and extremely eager to please his customers (to be fair, this has to be mentioned as he does not deserve such a criticism)

Personal sehr freundlich bis auf eine Dame die mir meine Pille nicht ausnahmsweise geben wollte und nach langem hin und her dann doch. Sie ist leider gleich sehr „frech“ und antwortet sehr unangenehm, ich fühlte mich nicht verstanden ich sollte das Rezept auch nachbringen? In meiner alten Stammapotheke ging das auch ohne. Ich habe 3 Kinder und sehr wenig Zeit. Ich werde trotzdem diese Apotheke weiter besuchen und diese Dame meiden, gibt auch anderes Personal das sehr freundlich ist. The pharmacy is very new and modern. Staff very friendly except for a lady who did not want to give me my pill exceptionally and after a long time back and forth. Unfortunately, she is very "cheeky" and answers very unpleasantly, I did not feel understood I should also add the recipe? In my old main pharmacy, that worked without. I have 3 children and very little time. I will still visit this pharmacy and avoid this lady, there are other staff who are very friendly.
A	Andre Rehl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde am Telefon wegen einer Frage (PCR-Test für meinen Sohn so richtig angepampt. Sehr unfreundlich diese Dame. Ein NO-GO!!!! Was pampered on the phone because of a question (PCR test for my son. Very unfriendly this lady. A NO-GO !!!!
C	Chris Housa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundlich. Wartezeiten sind auch okay. Einziges Manko sind die Parkplätze. Hier muss man Glück haben. Very friendly. Waiting times are okay too. The only drawback is the parking spaces. You have to be lucky here.

Danke, dass Sie sich sehr für die Bestellung der 5 fach Impfung aus Deutschland für mein Baby eingesetzt haben und es nicht (die schlechter verträglichere mit Hepatitis B) 6 Fach Impfung bekommen musste. T	Tanja Kollross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine der Apothekerinnen dürfte einen schlechten Tag gehabt haben, weil sie sehr schnippisch war und mir den Abholschein regelrecht aus der Hand gerissen hat. Ansonsten ist leider fast nie etwas auf Lager, wenn man etwas braucht. Es ist also ratsam vorher anzurufen, um etwas zu bestellen, da man sonst mal mit leeren Händen wieder heim geht. Oft lange Wartezeiten, da die Beratung offensichtlich sehr ernst genommen wird... One of the pharmacists must have had a bad day because she was very snippy and literally snatched the collection ticket from my hand. Otherwise, unfortunately, there is almost never anything in stock when you need something. So it's advisable to call ahead to order something, otherwise you'll go home empty-handed. Often long waiting times, since the advice is obviously taken very seriously...
