Always on the go, patient, nice, very helpful. Always like to come to friendly people. What you can't say about Ennsfeld pharmacy.

Und für die Masken was man im Supermarkt gratis bekommt kannst auch extra zahlen für das das nicht mal schützen Not the friendliest in this pharmacy. Ich habe im meinem Leben noch nie einen Menschen gesehen die so mit einen anderen Menschen respektlos umgeht und redet wie sie . Voralem nicht mit den Menschen denen SIE etwas verkaufen will .....Nie wieder..... .....NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN...... The worst employees and the boss is so wiso the greatest cheek. I have never seen a person in my life who disrespects and talks to another person like them. Especially not with the people whom YOU want to sell something ..... never again ..... .....NOT RECOMMENDABLE......

Bin seit fast 3 Jahren in dieser Apotheke , kann nur von mir sprechen , das Team hat mir immer geholfen wenn ich was gebraucht habe . Alles im allem fühle ich mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Super boss and the whole team. I've been in this pharmacy for almost 3 years, can only speak of me, the team always helped me when I needed something. All in all, I feel that I am in very good hands here.

Auf so eine Art will man einfach nicht behandelt werden, schon gar nicht in einer Apotheke, wo das Vertrauen und die Beratung wichtig sind! Und dazu gehört nun mal ein gewisses Minimum an (Kunden)Freundlichkeit. Kann diese Apotheke daher absolut nicht empfehlen !!! Weitere Anmerkung: Es geht hier bitte nicht um die FFP2 Maskenpflicht, sondern um die Unfreundlichkeit der älteren Dame !!!!!! The older lady is unfortunately extremely unfriendly and gruff. Your tone of voice and the way you deal with it is anything but customer-friendly. You just don't want to be treated that way, especially not in a pharmacy where trust and advice are important! And that includes a certain minimum of (customer) friendliness. Can therefore absolutely not recommend this pharmacy !!! Further note: This is not about the FFP2 mask requirement, but about the unfriendliness of the older lady !!!!!!
