Öffnungszeiten stehen im Internet also sollte es keine bösen Überraschungen geben. Friendly, family pharmacy. Always helpful and orders come the same day. Opening times are on the internet so there should be no nasty surprises.

Wenn Sie nicht arbeiten wollen bitte schliessen Sie dann die Apoteke so dass man mindestens weisst ok die gibt es nicht mehr!!! Closed at 12pm and even until 14h ?? Impudence !!! One gets sick and kisses the door. If you do not want to work please close the apotece so that you know at least it does not exist anymore !!!
M	Michael Starkl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit Jahren tolle,kompetente,stets freundliche Apotheke die trotz ungewöhnlicher Mittagspause zu empfehlen ist...doch seit kurzen einen unliebsamen "Zuwachs" Namens Michaela hat,der mürischer-inkompenter nicht sein kann!!Daumen runter bei solch Bedienung!diese Dame wäre im Prater als Geisterbahnkassiererin besser aufgehoben und das Klientel wohl auch.... For years, great, competent, always friendly pharmacy that is recommended despite an unusual lunch break ... but has recently had an unpleasant "growth" name Michaela, who can't be morose-incompatible !! Thumbs down with such service! This lady would be in Prater is better off as a ghost train cashier and the clientele probably too ....

E	Eva Faul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altmodischer und unfreundlicher gehts wirklich nimmer - da hole ich bestellte Medikamente gegen Schmerzen für meine gehbehinderte Mutter - vor mehr als 1 Woche bestellt ... weil angeblich die Packungsgröße (60 Stk.) nicht lagernd sei .... tja - die Größe sei noch immer nicht da, aber eine einzige Pkg. mit 30 Stk. wäre da - wann könne man denn mit der Lieferung rechnen frage ich - die unfreundliche Antwort 'keine Ahnung' ... dann nehme ich halt die Pkg. mit 30 Stk. und frag noch naiv ob ich was unterschreiben soll ... ' Nein' folgt die Antwort extremst genervt und das Rezept wird vor mir zerknüllt... Was soll ich davon halten? Kaum vorstellbar, wenn meine gehbehinderte Mutter sich selbst in die Apotheke geschleppt hätte ... so ein Umgang mit Kunden ist unfassbar! Nie wieder gehe ich da hin! It really couldn't be more old-fashioned and unfriendly - I get ordered medication for pain for my disabled mother - ordered more than 1 week ago ... because supposedly the package size (60 pieces) is not in stock ... well - the size is still always not there, but a single package with 30 pieces would be there - when can you expect the delivery, I ask - the unfriendly answer 'no idea' ... then I just take the package with 30 pieces and ask still naive whether I should sign something ... 'No' the answer follows extremely annoyed and the recipe is crumpled up in front of me ... What should I think of that? It's hard to imagine if my disabled mother dragged herself to the pharmacy ... Dealing with customers like that is incredible! I'll never go there again!
S	Stone Cold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann mich dem Vor-Rezensenten nur anschließen. 08/15-Fragen, die ich zu Produkten hatte, machten die Apothekerin augenscheinlich immer ärgerlicher. Als ich sie darauf ansprach, da ich nicht verstand, woher die Genervtheit kam (es war ansonsten kein anderer Kunde in der Apotheke; die Beratung dauerte circa 1-2 Minuten, uferte also nicht aus) eskalierte die Situation komplett, der folgende Wutanfall der Dame war nur skurril. Man kann so jemanden wirklich nicht in eine berufliche Situation bringen, wo Kundenkontakt notwendig ist, wenn dies zu nicht nachvollziehbarer, kaum verhohlener Wut führt, die sich dann in Unfreundlichkeit Luft machen muss. Als Apothekeninhaber würde ich die Personalauswahl noch einmal überdenken. Ein junger Mitarbeiter hingegen war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich, so wie das auch normal ist. Werde trotzdem von nun an auf die Apotheke an der nächsten Ecke ausweichen, selbst wenn das einen kleinen Umweg bedeutet. Can only agree with the previous reviewer. The 08/15 questions that I had about products apparently made the pharmacist more and more angry. When I asked her about it, because I didn't understand where the annoyance was coming from (there was no other customer in the pharmacy; the consultation lasted about 1-2 minutes, so it didn't get out of hand) the situation escalated completely, and the woman's subsequent tantrum was just bizarre. You really can't put someone like that in a professional situation where customer contact is necessary if this leads to incomprehensible, barely concealed anger, which then has to vent into unfriendliness. As a pharmacy owner, I would reconsider the selection of staff. One young employee, on the other hand, was always helpful and friendly, as is normal. From now on I will still use the pharmacy on the next corner, even if that means a little detour.
