★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame that COVID kills the beauty of this special hotel. Staff at the reception is exceptional. Rooms silence, very nicely furnished. The location of the hotel is totally perfect! Parking nearby the State Opera for 26 EUR/Day was good! Clean rooms are great. The style of the hotel is perfect, so totally recommended to come and stay. Vienna is sad without tourists, but this hotel is totally worth it!!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great classical hotel in the center of Vienna. Perfectly located with most great spots within walking distance (e.g 5-10 min walk) or right next to underground for further ventures. It is classic. Definitely reccomend for central Vienna stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is beautiful, very central and very grand. Couple of things to note. There is major construction work going on to the front, do NOT stay in a room to the front of the hotel during the week, you will not be able to sleep with the noise of the builders. The double beds are two singles pushed together, not normally an issue but these are not connected together and move. Finally we had a couple of strange interactions with some of the staff. They kept answering me when my wife asked questions, even when checking in she was ahead of me with all the book in details and they passed her to speak with me. When checking in they stopped the check in to handle another guests complaint, so we heard some the above issues before we were even checked in. I would have thought you would finish the check in and get rid of the new guests before handling the complaint. Perhaps the staff are new due to Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very central, across to Peek shop, nice hotel, big rooms, very clean, amazing piece of architecture. ideally to come by taxi, no free parking places but only paid, at Opera or Ring gasse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a great location. Very old decorated. Old carpets and furniture. Not very clean. There is no coffee machine or even a cattle that a 5 stats hotel should have. There is alot of noise from the street (construction and kids...). I wouldn't rate it as 5 stars at all!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best location, poor housekeeping (dirty bathroom on arrival), poorest reception (unprofessional lies).
They still own us the deposit we gave when we arrived. (50 euro)
It's been a month.
At the reception, they told me that everything was fine and in 2-3 business days, our money will be returned.
Of course it's not about the amount.
It's about being honest with your customers.
I won't upload photos from our experience in this place because I don't want to push it further except from 1 star rating.
Its location is unique but unfortunately it ends there.
Hotel needs better quality in customer's service.
