My husband and I came from Munich for a two day visit to Vienna. The location of this hotel is great, a very walkable area. Wonderful service as well. This would be a great hotel to stay in for a long time, since there is an apartment-like style to it.

Our family had been staying on the outskirt of Vienna for a family wedding. We booked the above hotel so we could see more of the city. The hotel receptionist welcomed us gave information on inexpensive parking near as we had not booked this. 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious loads of cupboard space if required with good sized bathroom & kitchen if required. Fantastic choice for breakfast very clean & modern hotel would recommend booking carpark before arriving all staff were very pleasant at reception & restaurant & advised if we required anything just to ask, very happy family of 5

Ultimately if you're looking for the best location in central Vienna for an affordable price, you've found it here. There is a full time reception desk just like regular hotels, and they have several amenities they offer such as bike rentals, airport transfers, and breakfast. Breakfast is the best I've had in Europe. It's a full buffet encompassing two room solarium with seating for about 50 people. It has a full cold station with 8 kinds of cold cuts, 8 different cheeses, veggies, and spreads. You then move to the hot bar with has boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, and rotating types of wursts each day. Then there's the fruit and pastry table with three fruit plate selections like apples, kiwis, melons, pears, etc. Also there's about 6 different pastries ranging from Sachertorte to apple strudel and various cakes. Next to that is the bread station where you can choose from 5 different rolls, or slice your own from 3 different loaves. Then there's the cereal station where you can blend your cereals with dried fruits and jams, plus they have regular and soy milks. Lastly they have a self serve espresso machine and it can make lattes or you can have oj, cranberry, or mixed juice from the juice machine. It cost 8.5 euros a day pet person and it's a bargain. Our guesy room was clean, spartan decorated with minimalist furniture like a few tables and chairs, one open wardrobe, and hooks for hanging on the walls. It's entirely white with the curved ceilings you'd expect in a converted church dormitory. If you enjoy a very clean modern style you will find this enchanting. If not you like be disappointed with the decor. However you will not be disappointed with the size. The main room with the entrance to the bathroom and kitchenette is about 100 sqft, and each bedroom was about 150sqft with sizable double beds that could easily fit a 6 foot plus person. We had a two room connected Suite which made spreading out easy. Because these are apartments don't expect daily cleaning services because you won't get them. They seem to clean after each guest. The room had a sizable shower with mounted handheld showerhead, water pressure was fine but not great, and we never ran out of hot water. They do provide towels, body wash/shampoo, and a hair drier. If you like bar soap I suggest you pack it. Overall I was extremely impressed. For a budget conscious person in Austria who wants to be in the center of it all, you'd be a fool to skip over this place. However, note that like most places it doesn't have AC, so make sure that in the summer months you're aware you'll be very hot. I stayed in September and it was perfect with the windows open. Happy traveling!

The location is close to shopping, museums, food, and transit. Even just wandering around the inside there's plenty to see. It was clean inside, there was a lot of space for all of our things, and the staff was super helpful! We could even store our luggage after we checked out for a last day of exploring the city. Such a great place to stay. If I come back to Vienna, I know where I'm going to book my hotel!

Stayed there for 2 nights and it was great. Perfect location, clean rooms and very friendly & useful staff. Only downside is there is no temperature control whatsoever - no A/C or fan of any sort. Some nights can get quite hot cause of that. There are scooters available for rent - I recommend renting them for at least a day - price is reasonable at $14 and is extremely useful for navigating around.

We stayed in a very nice and absolutely clean 3 bedroom apt. on 26/8/2018 for just one day but loved the ambiance of the hotel. The staff (receptionist) was so helpful, warm and welcoming and made sure to give us an idea of places to visit and how to get there. Location too was very nice. Would love to stay here again for a longer period if I go back to Vienna. My family and I loved our stay over here.

Stayed here with my parents in a 2 bedroom apartment in September and I could not find any faults. The rooms were very comfortable, spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast was delicious (very good coffee!). Also the wifi is incredibly fast! The location is perfect for exploring Vienna by foot and I believe the hotel also offers bicycles for rent (that we didn't use).

The apartment was spacious enough for 5 people. Very clean, well organized. The building was beautiful, breakfast outstanding and staff very courteous. There is no air conditioning. But this is not uncommon for most places expect big hotels in Europe.
