Awesome experience! They offer German and English or every room, and the owner is wonderful. Immersive and interactive experience. Lots of effort was put into this, it doesn’t feel like a typical escape room. We did the School of Magic room and no detail was left unnoticed!! Highly recommend.

We are two experienced escapers (over 70 rooms) and were very disappointed. The room had technical problems, we were asked to leave the room and at the end requested to end the game earlier because of that technical problem.

We played a game of School of Magic as three experienced escape room lovers. As a Harry Potter fanatic, I must admit that the general scenery is nice, although sometimes a bit cheap. It has a lot of different rooms and decorations, so that’s also good. Nice things stop there. The receptionist is polite and well-mannered. He speaks decently English. But he is... not a game master. He delivers the info in a very cold and non-challenging way. At the beginning, he gives the goals of the room totally out of the mood. There’s no role play from the staff and it doesn’t induce you to immerse yourself. Although the language barrier might be a reason, I think the room would be downright excellent with a real game master, a few decor modification and some work on the talkie walkie method (there’s better ways to communicate in a magical world :) Still, I do not regret going in, that’s why I rate it 3 stars instead of 2, which would be more adequate when compared to some very nice rooms with competent game masters.

The Belvedere Room was not bad, but the Da Vinci Room was a real let-down. The game master's clues were completely unhelpful, his accent unintelligible in both English and German. Instead of trying to rephrase, he repeated the same words over and over again. Eventually, he walked in and moved the object himself because he didn't manage to make himself understood. Half the riddles solved themselves without the necessary actions having been completed, while the other half didn't work or got stuck, despite all the solutions being in place. Magnets malfunctioned, ropes got caught, objects were grimey and over-used. The story was confusing and frustrating, then suddenly it all came to an end that didn't make any sense either. A very unfortunate experience.

You should choose between logical puzzles part like school of magic or scary part like Unknown but all of them are great creating true atmosfere of adventure and themed puzzles. Highly recommended.

Today, on my and my sisters birthday, I went there if a few friends. We did the “THE NUN” one. It was suuuper fun and scary. The atmosphere is also GREAT. The nun was really cute and always pointed at hints. Staff was also so so cute and friendly. At the end we made it out hehe. I’ve been there about twice now and it’s always been a very pleasant and awesome experience ^O^

Very cool first escape experience. The staff was very nice and helpful, we had a very friendly host explain the room and the do's and don'ts. We played the Da Vinci room as a party of four and all mechanisms worked fine. We are looking forward to our next adventure there, most likely one of the suspense rooms.
